Very late results which hampered my journey
I paid for a covid for to fly test specifically because I needed the results on time as I was flying later that day.
The results did not come in time!!
After 4 hours I tried to call them, no answer, was in hold for about 30 minutes.
Eventually get through alto he told the results should be there very shortly….they weren’t!
I would save your money and go to a more trustworthy place if you need a test. They really made my journey so much more stressful than it needed to be.

Super quick & great comms
I was a little late and they were very nice about it and let me still do the PCR test. It was super quick and I got my results within 3 hours. They communicated well via email when they had received my sample and results.

Fast and easy
Location was a little difficult to find (inside a hotel near Heathrow), but once there it was easy - no queues and the test took 10 seconds. Result was emailed within 3 hours as advertised. Very useful.
