Super efficient and reliable servicr
We have the PCR test at 1400 and just quickly got the result on the same day at about 1800ish. Super efficient and trustworthy.

My experience was very average
My experience was very average.
First of all the online payment system needs an improvement. On my first booking the money has been taken of my card without being able to have an appointment booked.
Had to wait several days to cancel the transaction and get my money back.
I had to book another slot .
Very hard to get in touch. When calling the number the call ends after ringing. Tried many times but couldn't reach. had to go to Crawley center myself to find out about when to get my money back for the first booking.
I think if the service is offering same day COVID tests results at least a contract phone number should be available till midnight not only till 7pm.
Had my test done at 10:15am and got my results around 8pm . thats very late result for people having to travel same day. I understand still the same day results as it says but I think there's a space of improvement there .

A great and timely service which exceeded the Expectations
My appointment was made very easily and samples taken very professionally without any discomfort at all and to top it all up the results were delivered the same evening although were scheduled for the NEXT Day service. Very Happy and Extremely Satisfied alround.
