There were a number of issues that Dominic and Katamu handled beautifully with my order.
1. I ordered the incorrect size; they changed it before shipping.
2. The pkg. was "not deliverable" according to the USPO and was returned to Katamu. I was upset as it was a birthday gift for my grandson. When the pkg. was returned to Katamu, it was shipped to my grandson's home.
All of these issues were handled by email. Katamu was extremely responsive. Replies were received the same day as my email was written.

Best belts I’ve ever used extra durable and super high quality 🙌🏽

My experience with Katamu was amazing. I ordered a pair of the Fall of Rome wrist wraps and 4 days later I ordered a belt and lifting straps and even was given a gift for my purchase. I purchased my items through the Shop app and the tracking hadn’t updated for a week so i contacted Katamu and “ Harvey from Katamu” was the support for me and i provided my order numbers and i was assured that the items had actually already been delivered and one order was on the way and it was shipped the day of purchase. I am for sure going to be a repeat customer whether it’s just to get some merch, or get a new design of belt. I now have all the products i ordered within a week

Absolutely amazing products with absolutely amazing people and customer support! I ordered a lever belt, and it came with free lifting straps. The quality was so high, the material felt so durable. I had to send back the belt because the size was too big, and they were so amazing with customer service. It was quick and easy, plus the people were so understanding and kind!

The belts are insanely nice! When a new design was coming out just days after I got my belt c I reached out to Katamu and their support team let me exchange it for the new one no problem. They have been super helpful. Wonderful to work with, and insanely amazing product.

I recently bought a belt and i got it in a size to big! They helped me exchange it and size down and they were super paitent and nice about it! There belts are AWESOME

I found them on Facebook and gave them a shot as the prices are really good. I’m impressed with the belt and knee sleeves I got from them. Thick, high quality leather on the belt and the printing is fantastic. What made them really stand out was the customer service. They were quick to answer measurement questions and I love the fact that they’re out of the USA. I’ll continue to shop there for any lifting equipment.
