Absolute scammers!!! Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Paid nearly £40 for a blouse that’s not worth £5. Not bothering returning as you have to pay cost to China! Thought I was dealing with London based firm, absolutely 😡

False advertising
Not from UK but China. You have 14days ti return goods to China at your own cost.
Total SCAM. stay clear.

So sad I fell for this absolute scam of a company. Called Kate and Peter ‘ London’ there is nothing to do with london at all. I had to chase for where my parcel was excited to receive my expensive but bargain in the sale shoes. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. Sadly even more disappointing when they do arrive. Not even in a box just in a postage bag - they are cheap, nasty, narrow and certainly not in anyway high quality. Then you discover that their offers of 30 day money back guarantees and return policy is basically null and void as they tell you it has to be returned to china which will cost £££. I even offered to return to their ‘shop in london’ that they show on their website but no they won’t give you an address as it doesn’t actually exist!!

Please be aware- this company imports from China.
The quality of the shoes was really poor.
I have had to return as they are unwearable and it has cost nearly £20 to return.
I am not confident that the refund will happen given it is being return the other side of the world even though it was posted to me from London.
I would not recommend

Terrible shipping timeline. Incorrect shoe sizing - uses EU/US sizing not UK.
No cover for shipping returns costs back to China including import taxes etc.
Terrible customer service. Poor quality misleading wording on materials. Cheap. Lightweight.

Awful cheaply made, nothing like the photos. Return to china for supposed refund. Just put in bin, expensive mistake.

Delivery took ages, sadly fell for the shop image online. Shoes arrived, no branding, scuffed on sole, no labels etc. Poor quality, and certainly not worth the claimed price before reduction. Won't bother returning as too many red flags on actually obtaining a refund if they actually arrive back in China! 100% avoid this company

Item ordered a month ago and still not received despite company claiming to be UK based and use Royal Mail.
Have tried to contact them four times (they only provide an email address to make contact) and no response.

Do not buy from this company i bought 2 Pairs of shoes after waiting over 3 weeks for them to arrive they are nothing like the picture.
I contacted the company to return them for a refund and i was told to return them to china.
It was £49.80 to return the shoes i thought was was buying from s company in London .
Now i am left with 2 pairs of shoes i wont be seen dead wearing they are awful.
I am so sorry i ever bought from this company.

Company is a fake. It’s absolutely not a UK based company and feel stupid to have fell for it! Shoes took weeks to arrive and when they did, they were in a ziplock bag. Return address on the bag is a London address but they ask you to return the shoes to China.

Scam website. Received shoes after taking weeks to arrive. They are just cheap Chinese shoes and nothing like the photos on the website. Do not buy from this company! Also the return is to China so the shipping costs are expensive

Do not order from this website - what they sent me looks nothing like what I ordered. They said I could return at my own expense and address is China - they shouldn’t be able to use the word London in their trading name - I stupidly didn’t check before ordering where they were based. They are a disgrace.

How I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Been waiting 3 weeks then they had the cheek to ask ME for the order number. Shoes might arrive or not - £40 wasted if not!!!

This is a chinese outlet and returns have to be paid for yourself - sending to China is super-expensive. Therefore there's basically no way to return the products... they're pretty cheap and not brilliantly made. Suggest you avoid. I wish I'd checked reviews.

Do not purchase anything from this website. It is a scam. Long delivery, poor quality and the return address is China. The pictures of products are fake. I have reported them and I would advise anyone else who has purchased from them to do the same.

I would rate this company as zero if it was possible! I echo what everyone else is saying. They are a fake company scamming people globally. My two pairs of shoes took 23 days to arrive, supposedly from China, but it’s clear from the return address, these have been dispatched in a flimsy polymailer from a unit at Heathrow airport. Guess what, they can’t be returned there. No, the return is back to China at a cost of approx. £40 with no guarantee that a refund will be given due to their criteria of customs, local taxes, or being lost/damaged in transit! They claim they have 55,000 satisfied customers and being trading for 10 years, yet my research shows they only registered the website details on 8th December 2025! You can only correspond by email, no phone number or clear customer support. The image of Kate & Peter and the shop frontage are AI generated. The Facebook page doesn’t allow reviews or genuine comments. It’s all carefully managed by this scam company.
My shoes are a fire hazard due to the overwhelming smell of glue and the fumes that emanate from them. They are operating a drop shipping model. Once an order is placed from the fake website, they then source the items from Ali Express, or similar, hence the long delay in delivery. None of the products offered comply with Consumer Rights 2015, and I’ve raised that with them. They just keep reiterating the returns policy, which no-one is attempting. It’s fraudulent activity on a grand scale and happening world wide. The only winners are the scammers behind the facade of a legitimate company. I’m in the process of a chargeback from my credit card company, but this can take up to 60 days to process! Beware, and stay clear.

I would give zero stars if I could!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! Waited weeks for delivery came yesterday and they are horrendous shoes! They smell and are very very cheap looking!! So annoyed with myself that I have been conned! I have emailed them and had a reply from 'Emily' who said i need to return to China at my cost even though they are supposed to be from London as it says on the return!! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!

They are not a legit London boutique, I can’t believe I fell for it but there pictures looked good and as I had a few positive experiences using online stores on FB, I didn’t think to look at the reviews like I have done in the past.

Shoes have turned up, stinking of chemicals, looking nothing like the picture and feel hard, cheap and uncomfortable!

Not going to bother asking for a refund after reading reviews. Just will put it down to a bad experience and check reviews always.
Shoes going straight in the bin, but I feel bad for the planet 😩.Big lesson learned.

Absolutely awful experience. Order took ages to arrive, really cheap presentation of shoes and cheap quality. Obviously made in China. Sender address label from London but it appears you have to send back to China at vast expense for a refund. DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Absolute scam, should not be allowed to trade as just take people money, delivery took three weeks and what arrived was cheap rubbish. Like another person states in review the refund process is expensive so not worth it as it also states if package lost along way the refund will not be given even if spend extra on tracked package, therefore, we all know what they will say if do send it. Not from a London shop for sure, do not order from here.
