They arrived damaged and they say only offer 20% refund when they are damaged. I applaud people do not use this company at all as they will scam you out of your money. How they are still in business i never know. They ship from China and rob poeple of their money DO NOT USE!!!

Avoid at all cost! Ordered a pair of shoes via Instagram, website claimed London based company. Took around a month to receive the shoes, very cheap quality faux suede not as per images. When you try to return, you have to pay for shipping, tracking, customs basically no point returning them.

Long shipping times (2 weeks) then the product arrived in a plastic zip lock bag and apart from the colour looks nothing like the website and nothing like a quality pair of shoes, they are cheap, fake, rubbish, and ill fitting. Feel stupid that I fell for this scam to purchase quality orthopedic footwear when they are just cheap fakes, badly made. Beware !

this company is a complete scam. NOT based in London. Shoes ordered were awful cheap quality with an over bearing chemical smell (cheap plastic shit) and also didnt fit so need to return them.
Took nearly a month to get here and now I'm going to have to spend money shipping them back to CHINA. Steer clear and do not order anything from this fake company.

Site is a total hack! All orders are made In china and returns are to china AT YOUR OWN COST.Quality also poor. And same products advertised on similar looking websites. No UK or EU stores exist

Please don’t use this company - I’ve just been completely conned by buying a blazer and pair of shoes that turned up from a London address looking nothing like they did in the pictures and then to be informed that I have to send back to china for the sum of £55 to get a refund,,,, im so annoyed with myself ~ avoid at all costs

This business is an absolute disgrace!!!! I’m fuming now never mind if I’d paid full price for the items. Cheap shoes sent from China!!! Fraudulent business that needs to be stopped.

Terrible company .Do not order from this company. Order took over a month to be delivered and when it finally arrived it was similar but not the product i ordered . Told them i want to return and was informed i meed to return it to china at my cost . Also no information on the shoe as to what its made of. And they are a terrible fit .

Want to return the rubbish they’ve misold you? You have to ship back to China at your own great expense! Items not as described, the luxury product you think you’re purchasing does not exist. You would get better quality from SHEIN or Temu at a fraction of the price!

The website leads you to believe they are a small business that cares about their costumers and products but this is all a facade. It’s all fake, I doubt Kate and Peter exist or the people behind this scam have even been to London!

Want to raise a concern with the company? They couldn’t care less - they’ve taken my money and it’s clear a refund is only going to happen at my expense. Disgusting.

Trading standards need to have a good look at the way this company is claiming to be something it’s not,selling items that aren’t as described!

I WISH I’d read these reviews before I purchased two pairs of shoes from them. One of the shoes literally fell apart in my hand when I tried them on for the first time.

They arrived smelling - and looking like cheap plastic. And the returns policy is complete bullsh*t.

On their website they say they’re a slow fashion brand - slow, because they ship from China.

Do not buy anything from them it’s clearly a scam.

Would put -5 if I could. Awful company lead you to believe they are in london but clearly from the 8 week delivery, received incorrect item and they want me to pay to return to china - another con artist excuse of a business - do not use ever!!!

Complete scam!

I purchased a pair of shoes and a coat. They took 4 weeks to arrive and when they did, they resembled nothing like the images. They were very poor quality, the sizing was a lot smaller than UK sizing and they smelt of really harsh chemicals. The coat was supposed to be a full length beige trench coat, instead I got a hip length jacket, in a greyish off white colour. I ordered a large and the sleeves were 3/4 length and I couldn’t do it up, I am a UK 12!
The shoes were a completely different print to the images, they had a higher heel and elastic straps! I ordered a size 7 they were more like a 5.5!

This company poses as a London based boutique, but it’s cheap imports from China that are worse quality than Shein and Temu with a much higher price tag.

When I wrote to complain they told me I had to pay to return the goods in order to get a refund!! I complained again and they offered a 20% refund without returning the items. Absolute joke!!!

I am reporting them to trading standards!

I gave 1 star because there is no option for zero! Chinese scam - I received the products but they were terrible quality. Plastic trainer (they stink), polyester, poor fit. And if you return anything it has to be sent to China at your own expense. Stay well clear. Should have known better.

Firstly this is not a London company, it's a very cheap Chinese export company that took over two weeks to deliver the most disgusting shoes I have ever seen, looks nothing like the advert , dreadful quality, misshapen, incorrect fitting, could go on forever, total waste of money

Complete scam - mis-sold, return is to CHINA at return costs to me including customs! Clearly not made clear at the point of purchase and no one will do this due to the cost!

Do not trust this company - Kate Peter London was shipped from a London address but when I wanted to return the shoes (cheap quality) the only option was to return to a China address at my own expense (& pay customs!). I’ve since seen so many poor reviews across a number of sites and feel incredibly foolish. A lesson learned not to trust companies advertised via social media platforms.
