KatKin goes hardcore for cat health. For far too long the fat cats of the industry have been pushing false information and fluffy claims about what cats need to eat.
Born To Eat MeatKatKin is a nutrition, education, and community focused cat-care brand that works with world leading veterinarians and nutritionists to develop fresh food that gives cats the nutrients they actually need. KatKin is cutting the fluff from the cat food industry and exposing the truth behind mass-produced cat food.
MissionKatKin’s mission is to show cat ownership for what it actually is, and defy the stereotypes of cat’s being “easy to care for.” Cats need “hardcore love” no matter if they’re a finicky feline or have a tricky tummy. The time for change is now, and KatKin won’t stop until their cat-first, no-bs attitude becomes the new standard everywhere.

Button's came to me as an ex-stray and his fur was very thin and a bit scruffy. His fur has improved greatly. Now thicker. He has had problems with gingivitis (he has no teeth) and has had regular vet visits. Touch wood, none in the pipeline at the moment, so I'm hoping the food has helped his general health.

Our two cats have been fed almost exclusively on Katkin for the past six or seven years. They are fastidious little beasts, but never leave any of it (different story for the high end tinned stuff we used to give them before we discovered Katkin). They have never been ill. Their fur is thick and glossy.
Katkin comes in convenient freezer packs, so it can be served without mess or fuss.
Really great customer service from the beginning. Easy to use website and great that I can make changes each month if necessary. Then the biggest win is the cats love the food. Win win

I have started the transition to KatKins . I was really fed up of my cat continually begging for more and more food, since starting the new food the constant begging has stopped , he still has biscuits, he may just be a greedy cat!!!. His fur is much improved, soft and silky to touch. On the whole very happy with the swap to KatKins.

My cat is a fussy eater but she enjoys the katkins although it's trial and error with which flavours she likes. Also I have had to ring katkins with queries and I get a human answering the phone no automated machines and they are always really polite and helpful.

My elderly cat is now finishing evey meal, so no waste and no faffing with her food to try and make her eat it! She seems to be happier and more content and not meowing for food all the time. Excellent customer service too ❤️

Fell for the ads saying how good it was and how there’d be clean bowls. What they don’t tell you is that it’s so bland that cats hate it at first. There’s a whole programme for getting them weaned on to it. If I’d known that, I’d not have bothered. My cat is very old. I followed the advice to basically put only that food down and starve him if need be. But even after being starved for a couple of days (he chooses not to go out, so I know he wasn’t eating elsewhere) I had to feed him. He was still
not even attempting to eat it. Would sniff and cry at me, getting louder and louder for ages. I ignored it, continued to effectively starve him for a couple of days. So I then tried mixing it with his normal food. He would find a way to eat around Katkin. He was eating less than ever. Given up as a bad job and returned to his normal food. For us, it’s a waste of money.
And it seems I had been inadvertently signed up with a subscription- which is NOT mentioned anywhere within my order email. I ordered a singular trial box. I was aware I could have a subscription, but nowhere did it say I would be automatically signed up to one. And had to call up to cancel, because I couldn’t find anywhere on the app/website to do so. Will avoid
*Edit after response- the paperwork says to remove all other food and only provide Katkin. Although not intentionally starving the cat, this is what inadvertently happens, when they will not eat Katkin, and there is no other option available to them. My cat then continued to starve himself when I provided it mixed with his own food. He again ate so little of it because he hated it, that I had to stop using it at all. The original paperwork about how to wean them onto it is very clear about removing all other food and even tries to reassure that they are fine to miss some meals…you may not use the word starve, but this is what happens when following your guidance.

When we adopted our girl she was in bad condition knawing at her skin, scratching till she had open cuts all over her and pulling out chunks of fur at a time. We tried absolutely everything trying to find a solution, paying a fortune on different hypoallergenic food to no avail. As a last attempt we came across katkin and I am so happy we did, no more cuts her fur has grown back and she is so soft and settled. It's made such a difference to her life, no longer spending every minute dealing with itchy skin. Katkin is real food that she loves and licks the plate clean each time.

Boot loves KatKin food, he practically leaps on it and leaves his dish spotless. Never seen him enjoy his food as much and he always looks content and full after he's eaten. As he is fuller, it gives him more time to go out and about instead of hanging round for more food as he did before. No more begging bowl behaviour!

Stan’s dinners arrive on time each month and he absolutely loves them. He licks the plate clean in five minutes flat. The biggest bonus is no more upset tummy for him since we changed to Katkin. Perfect! And ….we never need to worry about running out of dinners. What’s not to love!!

Easy to order and delivery is always on time. Like the fact you can delay your order as well as my cat doesn’t eat two pouches per day. TC will eat the food and she is never sick. Her coat is in great condition

This is the best cat food ever. It really is actual food. My cat’s coat is shinier. Her poo is far less smelly. And she loves it!! Also it doesn’t have that awful cat food smell that turns you’re stomach. It actually smells edible. Good stuff for real

Merlin my cat is a fuss pot. He would demand food constantly take two bites and turn up his furry nose and leave the rest. He was costing me a fortune and wasting food which I hate. Katkin is different I have never seen a cat hoover up food so rapidly and with so much gusto. He is happy and has rediscovered his inner kitten and is bouncing around as if he is ten years younger. He’s gained weight and his coat looks so much better. Katkin isn’t cheap but I think I’m actually spending less best change I ever made. Happy furbaby and delighted cat mum.

Firstly, and most importantly my 2 kittens absolutely love this food, the bowls are licked clean every time. None of that waste I used to get with other cat food.
Secondly, the customer service is brilliant, i had a delay in getting the kittens and the help I received in sorting out my orders was just perfect, and they are still reaching out to ensure the kittens are happy with the food.

I am really impressed with this litter, my cat took to it straight away, and let’s face it he is the one who should really be leaving this review. It clumps well and still looks fresh after 3 weeks. I wish they did a bigger bag size as I have a big British Shorthair and he has a bigger litter tray. On the whole though I’m impressed, and it’s much easier to hoover up than wood pellets!

My cat Teddy is was I thought a really fussy eater and he was also suffering from extreme toilet issues, he was unhappy, but I didn’t realise how unhappy he was. Trying to get him to eat was hit and miss, already on a hypoallergenic diet, he often left food and at times wouldn’t eat at all. I decided to try him on KatKin and I was very, very nervous but I haven’t looked back, neither has Ted. He seems so much happier, livelier and now even requests to be fed. KatKin always arrives boxed and frozen, all you need is a good sized freezer space to pack the pouches in. Delivery has been on time with little surprises added for Ted and me. I really appreciated the customer after care call, I was so nervous Teddy would refuse the change of food, but I need not have worried. He loves his new food, you can see the quality of the ingredients. I’ll never go back to feeding Teddy anything else and I don’t think he would let me, I now have clean dishes and a happy cat, what’s not to love??
