Very helpful staff
Very happy with the experience over the phone, people were very helpful and patient and calculated everything for me. Everything went smoothly with pick up and drop off, however, there was a mistake in the billing, and if I didn't call them to ask about it I would be charged almost 3x more than I should. After the phone call, I received the correct invoice.

Good Experience overall !
The overall experience from renting the car to refund of deposit was very smooth. The service executives at Nieuwegein are very supportive and professionals.

Not responsive at all
Not responsive at all. A person who served us barely looked at us and no smile (the basics of customer relation). The car that we received was very dirty and they simply said "we just received the car and didn't have time to wash it".

Don’t come trough on their rental agreement
Careful. They rent cars per 07:00 while they only open at 8:00. But then this is of course the renters fault if you mention anything about it.
