Not good customer service.
The rating I give it’s because the people that work there they are hard to understand and did not explain so very well. Also did not like that we didn’t get our money back to our credit card. Overall the car itself was great.

I was very pleased with my rental…
I was very pleased with my rental experience with KAV. Rented a box van with a tail lift for one day. The staff were efficient and helpful. I would (and probably will) rent with KAV again.

Online contact and reserve good, they explain everything, the deposit is back in few days maybe one week, and the price for the services is normal, around 16 euro per huur
