Everything about the hire of a VW…
Everything about the hire of a VW crafter went perfectly. 1000+ km trip. Good friendly service, vehicle clean and in good condition. Parking for my car. Loose a star because price is a little higher than others. But probably worth the extra.

Hidden fees, arrogant communication with customer
Primary calculation of rental price was far lower in comparison with final invoice due to surprising "extra charges". They do not wish to explain the meaning of these fees. When you say that for defence of EU customer rights you will employ European Consumer Center (ECC), they evaluate it as imminent action and stop communicate with you. Clear sign of discrimination of non Dutch citizens (short term visitors of Netherlands) with requirement to provide Dutch bank card only for reservation. They are informed about my location (another EU country 1700km away of Netherlands) however propose an appointment in the Amsterdam office. Such a cynical approach.

Bad experience.
Overall the rental was a good experience. The only issue is that the Kav team is not responsive by email after the rental is over. This takes it from 5 starts to 1 star.
