I ordered some shoes but after waiting two weeks they were still not shipped, so i asked what was going on. Someone at costumer service responded kindly that it was not in stock so they couldn't deliver. I could pick money back, other item, or store giftcard. I asked my money back and within a few days i received it. So no big harm but it would be nice if they contacted me themselves before the processing time was passed. Also It takes them a few days to respond so be patient.
What is also weird that they did not remove the shoes from their website. Would be helpfull to only advertise stuff that you can deliver.
Other than this i feel like a lot of the products are aliexpress stuff that they overpriced. (unfortunately i couldt find the shoes on alie :) )

They charged me then emailed me they didn’t have an item that I ordered in stock and they offered me a gift card. Never refunded me my money, sent at least 6 emails still haven’t gotten my money back.

Yeah the clothes are cute but customer service is awful. I have wrote them 3 times since the day of delivery and I still haven't got a response. All I wanted to do was exchange for one more size up and it's coming up on a month and still haven't heard anything. You cant even call them cause its an automated message saying go to the website. I paid over $100 for clothes I can't wear.

I would give a 0 star if I can.
I tried cancelling an order the moment after I ordered an accessory because I noticed it was for the airpods and not the airpod pros. There was no response until AFTER the order had been delivered. This was weeks after I had sent the email and continually sent followup emails.

They promised a discount code for their delayed response but has yet to send me a discount code after I emailed them regarding the discount code. It has been over a month. Horrible experience, never again.

If there was negative numbers I’d give that. Terrible customer service and they sent me the wrong product and refused to correct it by completely ignoring my emails. Don’t buy, it’s not worth the time or money

I wish I had not ordered from here. The parcel takes forever to arrive namely 2/3 months even though you might be in the US. Also, their customer service do not respond so no way to get in touch with them.

This is a old review but I bought something on February 1st 2020 and it arrived on June 2020 they would tell me my order was lost or whatever but that’s just excuse from them that their item was not in stock and they still selling out of stock items and waiting for months for the stock to arrive.

the top was overpriced just like the rest of their shop. The material is normal nothing is worth the price you can get the same great quality on AliExpress for 20-$30 less expensive… I wish I was more intelligent to just buy my items on AliExpress just like some other online Chinese shop like Unzzystore, rock n doll, etc that are overpriced.

Terrible! Item never arrived after several months. Tried to make contact but got no replies. Eventually my account disappeared so I couldn't even check my order status.

Do not buy. Things are not worth its price at all. It is of low China made fake quality that worth nothing.
Stay away from all the reviews/photos shown.

never receive the $62.10 dress that i ordered from them, but they still charged me money . I have sent them many emails asking for refund and they never respond. i am so mad i wish i could sue them.

Absolutely awful. I ordered a product April14 2021. It is now mid August 2021. I have tried contacting customer support many many times and they never respond. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY

THEY HAVE FAKE REVIEWS PLEASE DONT BUY
Bought a 40 euro shirt and it was nothing like the image. The website also features fake reviews. Even the review images show fake products and not what you will actually get. You cant post negative reviews or real images of the product either after buying. Please dont make the same mistake i made.

I oreded an airpod case in early feb and i haven't got it. Ive emailed them three times and i have no response. Never oredering from here again. It's a scam.

I wouldn't even give one star if I could. I used to be really satisfied with their services and support, but the third and last order I made from them just gave me a hell of a headache...my order got lost, they didn't answer not even one of the many emails I sent them requesting support - not even when I asked for refunds and expressed my clear disappointment they gave me some kind of response...

Do Not waste your time or money...
I spent $80 on a birthday sweater for my kids and not only has the order not arrived they haven’t responded to any of my three emails... I mean no response whatsoever and the phone number listed on their site is fake... it’s pretty much just a recording that says to send them an email. So disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews on this scam company 1st.

I made three separate orders from them. The most expensive one never arrived. Similar story as others on here, I e-mailed, I called, I wrote in my review that my order was lost and never arrived, no response. I am now filing for a refund with paypal since kawaiination seems to have no regard for their customers once they have their money. Horrible
