I actually really liked the store. I've bought few things from their store. Some of em was good some of em wasn't that great. I bought a skirt for $49.99 in November but it never got shipped.

I wrote to them and they answered that it wasn't in stock and they would send soon but they never did or answered my other 3 mails.

So I'm never going to buy there again

ordered $300+ in items on November 28th 2020. as of February of 2021 and still didn't receive the items. on top of this it was near impossible to get into contact with them on any platform. thanks to paypal for getting me a refund. never buy from this site its a terrible with 0 customer service!

DO NOT BUY !! Item never arrived cost a lot of money. Emailed and facebooked them about 7 times no response and no refund. Very annoyed !!

My order was placed in September, but it's still not shipped now. It's already 3.5 months. I spent a lot money on this order, but it seems they are cheating me.

I ordered a few items on October 19 and still haven't received anything. I do understand that because of the pandemic situation shipping takes time, but over a month is just ridiculous, especially when I ordered other items from other companies in Asia and all of them were received within two weeks. I sent out a first email after three weeks to customer support and they answered quickly but were not of much help: they apologized and gave me the same link I already had to track my order. Then I received their automatic email asking what I thought of my order, assuming that I had received it, and to leave them a review on their website. They also said that if I didn't receive my order, I should respond to this email to let them know. Which I did. But this time, no answer. I sent them another email stating that if I do not get my order next week, I will ask for reimbursement. All of this is totally unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

EDIT: Finally received my order. The size was ok (do be careful to use their charts, as they fit smaller than in Europe & US), and the quality isn't the best. Their customer service was responsive, however it would be nice for them to inform their customers that it can take up to a month and a half to receive their order. I'm taking out one star for the wait, another for the poor quality. Overall I wouldn't recommend their shop.

I recently ordered the “Nessa” outfit from this site. On top of this very awkwardly sewn in slip that was converted to shorts of some kind, this size M outfit was so small it would not fit an average 10 year old. I wear a US XS (5’2” 100 lbs) and ordered several sizes up based on the site recommendations for “ordering up for the outfit to have an oversized look”. Forget oversized, the skirt is so tight I can’t even walk in it and the sweater is pretty much a crop top. Couple this with the slow shipping and you have yourself a lousy shopping experience. I am requesting a refund and will follow up with the outcome of that. Buyer beware.

Totally disappointed. I placed an order on September, 3rd and still didn't receive it.
I got an email which said it is shipped on September, 6th and on October, 9th they asked me via email wether I'm happy with the product and wether I already received it. In case I didn't receive it they asked me to let them know in order to check it out for me. In the meantime I told them twice. No response. I didn't hear anything from them.

Honestly, their customer support is pretty good, however the store itself isn't.
I tested this by ordering 2 different items and let me tell you- they sell cheap items which are available on aliexpress for a higher price on their site.
I think the only ORIGINAL items they sell that can't be found on other sites are their original designed sets.
Other than that, it's a pretty good site to get outfit ideas from then either make them yourself or buy cheap dupes from aliexpress cause you'd get the same exact quality.

Soooo disappointed! It says our item was delivered but we received NOTHING!! We were waiting months for our tshirt!

I ordered a shorts and shirt outfit set there sizing chart was a bit awkward to navigate but according to that I should have easily fit in their largest size but when it arrived it wasn't even close. They didn't even got on my 9 year old sister that's how small they were (maybe if your a small Asian girl or very petite they might fit) I contacted them about returning it but they said it's not there fault so they won't except a return.

I have no idea what I'm gonna do with clothes that don't even fit me. All they could offer was a discount on my next purchase. As if I'm gonna buy anything else from there when nothing fits unless your tiny.

I was just going to buy stuff from the site and saw it had awful reviews on here so I wanted to leave a comparatively positive one. I've never had a bad experience with the site in terms of shipping-- everything has always arrived. Since you're ordering from overseas, the shipping can take a while (usually around a month), but that's par for the course with ordering from overseas so I don't think there's a problem there at all. The clothes are pretty good quality, though if you wear them super often they'll start to fall apart a bit. For instance I ordered a sweatshirt that I wore nearly every day and the pocket has started to detach from the front, but honestly I'm totally fine with sewing it back on myself, especially since it's a knockoff designer hoodie with a small price. I got a replica of one of Jennie Kim's stage outfits too and the quality was really good, especially since it was less than $50. I would also take the time to make sure that the same items aren't available somewhere else. Sometimes I was able to find some of the items on Amazon for a MUCH lower price so I recommend checking there first. Altogether, I think this site is completely what's expected when it comes to ordering clothes online from overseas.

I have recently ordered two items, and I received the mails that the packages had been sent. Now I know that due to the corona virus, things might’ve been slowed down, and shipping to Europe might take a while, but usually when I order things from, let’s say, Korea, they arrive within three weeks, even during the corona crisis.

I have still not received any updates on any of those orders, and when I click the tracking code, the site is in Chinese. So I’m not really sure where my packages are at the moment and how long it’ll take them to arrive here in Belgium.

I received two mails a week ago, asking me to write a review because my packages had BOTH BEEN DELIVERED. However, I have NOT gotten any of my ordered stuff.

Kawaii Nation claims that I have received my clothes, but I have not.

I have contacted them via mail TWICE - once two weeks ago, and a second time last week, and they still HAVEN'T RESPONDED 'till this day.

This is UNACCEPTABLE. This cost me a lot of money and I've totally lost trust in their service.

It would be great if they would at least email me back so they can refund me or make sure my packages arrive.

I'm in a dance group (20 people) and we were going to order clothes on Kawaii Nation as a team outfit. Now if I don't get my order within two weeks, I'll make sure to tell the leader of our group not to buy the team outfits on this horrible, unreliable website.

I ordered a set and a pair of shoes from the website, hoping to get some good quality clothes because of the price. They said they would ship it out in about 10 days. About 2 weeks passed and they still didn’t even process the order. I thought I just had to be more patient, so I didn’t email them yet. After about almost 2 months, they still didn’t process the order, so I couldn’t be patient anymore. I emailed them saying that almost 2 months have passed and they still didn’t even process my order. They replied saying they will immediately work on it, so I thought this problem would be solved. Then, the next day I wanted to check on the order so see if they finally processed it, but they cancelled my order. I was extremely confused. I scavenged through my emails and found one saying that the order was cancelled “upon my request.” As far as I know, I never told them to cancel the order, just for them to speed it up. Now I’m rly pissed since I waited 2 months for this order and ended up with nothing. I advise you to not buy here, maybe find a more trustworthy shop.

Ordered 2 washi tapes on Dec 1st. One arrived mid Jan, the other Jan 24th and was not the pattern we ordered.
There is no excuse in this day and age for shipping to take SO long, ridiculous. The only reason I didn't give a 1 was they did respond to emails promptly. .

I love their clothes! I’ve ordered 3 times from them now and the clothes are always good quality, comfy and stylish. One time I had a sizing question about my order and they were super responsive and helpful as well. Definitely will continue to order from them!

Love! Has such cute products and great customer service. Takes a while to arrive but worth the wait!

BEWARE THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 items separately, spending a lot of money.Two of the deleveries were lost, the tracking details of the items were unclear, and worse still a small item was delivered with the same tracking no as a big item undelivered item causing customer services to claim the order was delivered. Customer services were the worst I've ever encountered. They were either genuinely clueless making mistake after mistake with the items or more probably fobbimg me off time and time again hoping i'd give up my complaints. I still have neither my orders or my money back. DO NOT BUY!

Love their products. Bought a few hoodies and the quality was superb, shipping was fast.

I've bought items from kawaiination a few times now mostly as gifts for family members who love kpop and have always been satisfied with their products. One time the courier lost my package and they sent out a replacement immediately + free express shipping so I could get it on time for a birthday gift.
