I ordered and found out they were selling fakes, I tried to organise a cancellation of my order immediately and was met with an AI automated response from Emma head of after sales service and also Emma customer service, every email I got essentially was skirting around the cancellation. Email one said email back to confirm cancellation, email two said it was confirming my address change that I hadn’t made and then every email after that said it had been dispatched and I could no longer cancel. Not only was the customer service non existent but the Sonny angels were indeed fake even tho they are the top search for buying Sonny angels and they advertise them as originals. They were 100% fake, wrong colours, wrong size, their heads come off. All wrong. Don’t order from here and please for the love of all things true do not believe their 4 star rating like I did

Bought 3 blind boxes myself which were clearly fakes and not good ones at that , contacted and asked for a refund which could not be granted fully. Then my boyfriend went and bought me a few more as a surprise which also arrived and are clearly fakes. Disappointing

I wish people could see the actual reviews on this website before they make a purchase! I made a mistake and bought them on a whim, then realise the price and free shipping would be too good to be true. Sent them an e-mail to request a refund but even though the order has been received but product was not sent out yet, they refused to refund. I waited 2 weeks for the Sonnies to arrive FROM CHINA and immediately knew these were going to be fakes but was hoping they were at least good dupes. THESE WERE TERRIBLE! It’s an obvious scam. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered six Sonny Angels from this website as a birthday gift for my partner, and the entire experience has been a complete disaster.

Firstly, the shipping took over 10 days—even though we’re also based in London. It would have been faster for us to collect the items directly from their so-called “registered address.”

Upon arrival, the items were wrapped in loose plastic, which initially gave me some hope—as I’d always been under the impression fakes didn’t include plastic wrap. Unfortunately, that optimism quickly disappeared. The boxes showed a random mix of Hippers and regular Sonny Angels, completely different from what was advertised on the site.

One of the most blatant signs of fraud was the silver bag inside the Cat Life series—this isn’t even close to the genuine Sonny Angel packaging.

The figurines themselves were a disaster: the heads were detached. The koala head from the animal series didn’t even fit into the body. The cat life head was detached - as in completely snapped.

The paint jobs are absolutely atrocious. The Cat Life figurine was beyond awful—broken, poorly made, and honestly an abomination.

To make matters worse, none of the three figures we opened had any brand stamping on their feet, which genuine Sonny Angels always do. We didn’t even bother opening the other three boxes as there was simply no point.

We own authentic Sonny Angels from the same series, and the difference is laughable. The ones we received from this website are shockingly bad fakes.

We immediately contacted the website as there is a plethora of issues to explore and raise - most importantly the crime of selling counterfeit goods illegally in the U.K and a clear breach of consumer legislation. They had the audacity to ask us to return the items to France at our own expense, which we absolutely will not be doing.

The next steps are in the hands of the company now. We have asked for a full refund to be issued (including shipping) by end of day tomorrow, or we will have no choice but to escalate the matter to small claims court and pursue legal action.

We have also reported this to Action Fraud and trading standards - we highly encourage others to do the same if they have received counterfeit items from this company.

PLEASE do not order from this website. It’s an absolute joke. Know your rights if you have been scammed, take legal action to get your money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! absolute scruffs 😭 bought some smiski’s and only realised they’d be fakes once i took a deep dive into the reviews. i’d rate them 0 if i could. actually disgusting😭 hope the company rots in hell and that’s not even exaggerating

Probably the worst fake Sonny angels I’ve ever seen. Their website advertises them as genuine. I even emailed them to confirm if they are and they blatantly lied. Awful smell to them as well so probably toxic. Please avoid this company

Truly awful fakes. Badly painted, heads fallen off amd don't fit on the body. All positive reviews are fake

Selling fake sonny angels and smiskis the other reviews are evidently being paid for or are fraudulent. No markings on the feet of the items and was only offered a 30% refund when raised with customer services

Horrible took ages to come and where fake whatever you don’t do NOT buy from these got these for my son’s birthday he was so excited as he bought a real one on are trip away. These came after 2 weeks all fake and one even had its face smashed in not impressed we want a refund

Do not buy if you're wanting genuine Sonny Angels. Ordered 3 figures as they had a deal on, and I was getting 3 for the price of 2. The order arrived today and I am so disappointed in how blatantly fake the figures are. Two of them came with their heads detached. Not to mention how poorly painted one is also. One of my figures even arrived with hair attached in the head, disgusting. DO NOT BUY as they are selling fakes as if they are authentic.

Update: Company said I could only receive a full refund if I removed this review. I suggest contacting your bank if you have any issues receiving full refunds.

Scam website. Ordered a sonny Angel for my 10 year old sister on her birthday. Item arrived in a box that was all squashed, she opened the blind bag to the head of the sonny angel not even being attached. Quite clearly a fake that is being sold at the price of a real one. When contacted they offered me 30% back or want me to pay to send it to an address in France when on their website their address is supposedly in London. Well done on scamming a child out of their birthday money.

Ordered 3 Sonny angels from different series from Kawaiisphere. I opened them to discover they are fakes and not a good quality. The head came detached from the body, the paintings on the wings are messy, there’s additional plastic round the edges at bits. I have since contacted them for a refund, looking to provide evidence and question the company’s authenticity as states on website based in London, but return address for package shows different to website, and then an address for France was provided to return and can receive a 30% refund. This is not inline with the refund policy outlined by the company on their website which I will attach below. The company removes any bad reviews and continues to fuel positive ones in to hide the negative and multiple customers have reported the same issues with refunds and bad quality items. I am still currently waiting for an update regarding my refund request. DO NOT PURCHASE SONNY ANGELS HERE. The reviews on here are also showing the reviewers have only ever left 1/2 reviews, and all same companies as each other, conveniently…

Ordered Smiski figures from this store - they were clearly fake. Packaging was unsealed and flattened, figures were shiny, badly moulded, and one box was even missing a figure. Customer service initially offered a partial refund and blamed their supplier.

I’ve since learned a friend also ordered from them - weeks later - and received the same fake products. So clearly, the issue hasn’t been resolved, despite their claims.

Their Smiskis are fake, fake, fake. Wouldn’t be surprised if the Sonny Angels are too. I’d strongly advise avoiding this store if you're looking for genuine collectibles.

Ordered online as image shows original Sonny angel and website said “authentic”. Order arrived with OBVIOUS fakes, colour printing issues on boxes, blurry imagery, covered in printing ink.
Ordered marine series, dinosaurs series and cat series. Opened marine series, Sonny angel was in the wrong bag, HEADLESS, the head had blue paint on its face and glued incorrectly. I have ordered a fake from AliExpress previously and it was a better copy than these!!!!
Dinosaurs series box claimed there was 12 to collect hippers and normal ( if you collect this is very wrong) whereas the website claims there is only 6 to choose from and completely different image to what I purchased on the website.

Customer service claiming this is a supplier issue and it is “unusual”

Customer service is only offering 50% refund or sending items back, in which I would have to pay for.

Do not get scammed by this company.

RECIEVED another email a week after posting this review, they have said if I delete this review they will give me a full refund! Keeping my review here, to save others the money, this company are an actual joke 😂

SCAM! Not genuine products terrible quality and won’t provide full refund unless return of product but people have had issues with their products being returned back with void address and have to pay for own postage. Don’t buy from them.

Sonny Angel models were very fake - daughter is very upset.
