first of all it was delayed and then after I got the parcel the box for the smiski was CRUSHED like it looked like it took a beating then as soon as I opened it there were 2 small blind bags and they were fake smiskis :( one of them had a misprinted face and they would only glow for 10 seconds

my boyfriend bought me 3 sonny angels for my birthday because they were doing 3 for 2 and it was still over £20. he looked through reviews on the website which were fake reviews after we got them we realized they were fake, the paint job is awful and the face has been stickered on in such a weird way. he requested for his money back and got half back but i think he should get the rest of his money back because what they are doing is illegal and i hope their company gets shut down. do not buy from them.

These guys are scammers. Contact your bank and request a chargeback, I spent £700 on stock with these guys and got every penny back, they are scammers and illegal what they are doing… DO NOT SPEND A PENNY WITH THESE GUYS. Disgusting animals.

What a horrendous company to deal with.
I ordered 3 gifts for my daughters birthday, firstly they arrived so late I was beginning to think it was a scam site and then when they did arrive all the gifts were clearly fake and of awful quality, these were sold to me as genuine and I paid full genuine prices, I sent photographs and I have written at least 10 emails complaining, I had a promise of a 50% refund but it's never arrived even having complained so many times, I urge people Not To Purchase from this fake store, I have taken it further and reported them

Absolutely disgraceful company. I ordered in May and it’s almost October, still no refund. They sell fake products and then ignore you for months. Every email is met with excuses or silence, and when you push for your money back, they try to manipulate you into deleting reviews. This is not customer service, this is fraud. Save yourself the stress and avoid this scam at all costs.

Absolute scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE! I ordered Sonny Angels hippers which took over 3 weeks to arrive vs 1 week confirmed. Not only they looked a bit off - plastic colour of the body not matching skins tone of the face. Crap quality. I went then to buy legit Sonny Angel at trusted retailer and it could not look more miles away from the cheap pink plastic crap I received. Also the original one has Sonny Angel patent on the tummy (under clear double face sticker). I WANT IMMEDIATE REFUND, SCAMMERS ! Also they refuse to fully refund the order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! AVOID!! Absolutely awful company. I received 3 fake Sonny angels with paint and heads falling off. I paid £45 for them. When I asked to return them, I had to pay and send them to France! They wouldn’t give me a refund and only offered me 50%. This was 3 weeks ago and I have still not received a penny just keep fobbing me off. Unfortunately, I didn’t read all the bad reviews before I purchased. Stay clear!

Counterfeit goods!!!!
Do not purchase. The sonny angels are clearly fake (paint smudged, heads fallen off, mismatched font on boxes etc). Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I have sent my email asking for a refund, if they deny I will be perusing legal action.

Fake Sonny Angels, you can buy fake one's for much cheaper if you want.

Selling fake sonny angels and smiski figurines so be warned if that's what you're looking for. One of the items I ordered did not arrive, when I contacted them they told me my order had been split into two (despite being informed via email it was sent as one) and the second package was on it's way. When I still hadn't received anything I contacted them again and they responded with the exact same email copy and pasted.

I paid almost DOUBLE the authentic price for Smiski and Sonny Angel, and they sent me cheap FAKE knock-offs. Total rip-off. Took me 2 weeks to get these fake figures. The website also claims they’re in London, but when I asked a refund they tried to force me to ship the fakes back to France at my own cost. Then they had the nerve to offer me a 50% refund if I kept the counterfeits. Who would want to keep fake junk in the first place? Even with 50% back, the price is still higher than the real thing.
They reply to every single of my emails just to waste time, but never actually refund. Shameless liars, thieves, and scammers. Stay FAR away.

If you’re wanting authentic sonny angels, look elsewhere. I bought the buy two get one free and got completely scammed. I’ve been told i’d get a refund and it’s been weeks, received nothing, told to be patient!

DO NOT ORDER ON KAWAIISPHERE.COM!!! SCAM!!! ordered in june. Deliverer did not deliver since then i am trying to get my money back. They promise to do a research but no respond. They promise to send a code to do another order, i am stil waiting for weeks. Asked for a refund for 4 times now but still nothing! Very poor!!

I've bought 3 Sonny Angels from their website and when I opened them, they are SUPER FAKE.
They charge more from FAKE PRODUCTS. I should not have trusted this store.
I am trying to get in touch with them to get my refund.

Bought 3 Sonny Angels which are all advertised as legit on the website. They arrived and are all fakes, and really bad ones. The heads all detach, butchered paint jobs, and spelling mistakes on the packaging.

I would not have paid around £10 each for fakes when real ones are the same price. I’ve emailed for a refund but not yet had a response.

Bought the sonny Angel bundle and when I received them I realised they weren't Genuine they were fake couldn't attach the heads to the body and paint coming off one of them . Took forever to come also . Ripped off .

These guys are serious scammers, I ordered sonny angels when they eventually arrived they were fakes. I returned them being told I would receive a full refund which I did not. I’ve decided to take this further as I think it’s absolutely disgusting they are getting away with it!
