Awful company - says they are London based but after nearly 10 days of no shipping confirmation I emailed them. Got a ‘copy and paste’ response saying they had issues with their ‘supplier’. A few days later I get shipping details my order is coming from ‘Yanwen’ airport - 4 days later and it’s still not left the departure airport. Now I am seeing others saying the Sonny Angels are fake so I’ll be reporting them to my bank as a fraudulent company.

I ordered 3 Sonny Angels from Kawaiisphere as gifts for my children, and I was extremely disappointed to discover that the products I received are fake. As a lawyer, I take matters of fraud and consumer rights very seriously. This website is not trustworthy, and I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from them.

I have just sent them an urgent email demanding a full refund as soon as possible. If I do not receive my money back promptly, I will take legal action without further notice.

It's unacceptable for a website to sell counterfeit products, especially when marketed as legitimate collectibles. What was meant to be a joyful gift for my kids has turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

They sell fake products for full retail price DO NOT SHOP

I had order 3x sonny angels before reading reviews…. My first silly mistake. After reading reviews I contacted Kawaii sphere via email about my concerns of the sonny Angels being fake. This this they did not confirm or deny the reviews people have made and offered me to keep my sonny’s after the arrive and get a partial refund or to pay to return them and get a full refund. I opted for a partial and to keep the products which is being processed right now but still haven’t heard anything about the order being sent…. I contacted about this and then received the same email they sent me the first time. I think the emails are automated and my issue is not being addressed. I fear this website is an huge scam. Avoid.

I was led under the impression that the sonny angels sold on their website would be real and authentic especially at the price they label them. However, they couldn’t be more fake I’ve seen better fakes on shein for £1. After asking for a full refund on multiple occasions they said the best they can do is 30% or if I send back - which would be to France so would cost more than my whole order anyway. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and make the same mistake as me.

Just adding to the negative reviews, please do not buy from them. Fake goods and no refund (after they emailed saying they would). So so disappointed, please do not waste your money on them.

Just received the Sonny Angels I ordered. Paid $60 AUD for 2. They are Fake! Do not buy from this company. Absolute scam. I bought them for my daughter as a surprise after she went through spinal fusion surgery. Could not be more disappointed in this terrible company. DO NOT buy from them.

Don’t buy from this company. They sell fake items and have terrible customer service. they offered a full refund if you return the items to an address in france but the address is fake and doesn’t exist. They offered a partial refund and refuse to take accountability for their actions. I tried to cancel my order within a couple of hours but they emailed me saying they can’t as it has to be cancelled within the same day, when it was. the item wasn’t shipped or processed at the time

Still waiting for a refund for item not received almost 4 weeks now this company is a joke.
They said they would give me store credit I don’t want that and they have completely ignored me. I don’t feel I am speaking with a real person.

The Smiski products are clearly fake, the quality is very poor and they look cheap and deformed. Should’ve known the price was too good to be true, avoid at all costs, I suspect it’s all knock offs. Scammers.

The Sonny Angels order took an extra week longer than described to be delivered, only to contain counterfeit Sonny Angels. There was no indication in the item description that it was a replica or counterfeit.

If I could give no stars, that would be my preference. This company knowingly sells counterfeit items and does not take responsibility for their actions.
I purchased items from them and upon receiving the package, instantly recognised that there was something wrong. The items were extremely poor quality.
It has been over one month now, and the business has still not issued a refund even after sending the items all the way back to London. Do not waste your time or money on this website.
There are countless reviews from others on many forums with the same experience. I wished I saw those before purchasing with this store.

ordered 2 sonny angels and 1 smiski; all fake! i was offered either a full refund but had to pay for shipping to france (they refused to cover this for ‘tax reasons’ which is a lie) or 50% and i keep the figures. my flatmate also had the same issue but returned the figures to get a refund only for them to be returned by mail because the address doesn’t exist!

the 5* reviews on here are also not real. this company is a joke.

If I could give it a 0 it would be a 0. NEVER buy from them EVER. It’s fake and the customer service is horrible and they try to bribe u with a refund when u realize what they sell is fake but then they never end up giving the refund. Such immature workers and nothing they sell is real and it’s all horrible quality and it doesn’t even look remotely similar to the pictures on the website

Extremely frustrating. I placed one order, but received it in several random parts days apart. The worst part is that the first box didn't include any packing slip or explanation, so I initially thought my order was incomplete. I spent time stressed and contacting customer service, only to have another box show up later. Poorly executed and communication was zero.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! They sent me FAKE smiskis and when I complained they said I could either pay for the shipping to return them myself or they “generously” offered 30% in return. For fake items!!! Completely disgusting behaviour.

I purchased a Sonny Angel from KawaiiSphere and what I received was clearly a fake. The packaging, print quality, and overall item were nothing like an authentic Sonny Angel. When I contacted the company, they claimed they were "unaware" of the issue — even though many others have experienced the exact same thing. Just search Reddit and you’ll see dozens of posts warning others about fake Sonny Angels and poor customer service from this store.

They offered me only a 50% refund and told me I could keep the fake item. When I asked for a full refund, they claimed they were "unable to offer more than 50% without a return due to accounting and tax regulations." This is misleading — there is no legal or tax-related reason they can’t issue a full refund. It’s simply their internal policy, which they hide behind vague excuses.

They also told me that I could get a full refund if I shipped the item back — at my own expense — to the UK, even though the item is fake and shouldn't need to be returned at all. Many reputable companies would offer a full refund or cover the return shipping in such a case, but not this one.

This company is knowingly selling fake products, dodging accountability, and manipulating their public image by hiding negative reviews. I strongly advise you to avoid KawaiiSphere at all costs and only buy collectible figures like Sonny Angels from trusted, verified retailers.

I’m writing this to help others avoid falling into the same trap. I wish I had seen a review like this before I placed my order.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They took ages to arrive, and when they did the boxes were all crushed. Upon opening them, I was SHOCKED at what I had received. These are completely fake and bad fakes at that. The website does not state that these are fake or inspired, which is deceitful not to mention ILLEGAL. The paint jobs are awful, the eyes aren't even in the right place, they are so cheaply made and one of them even had its head detached. The customer service is terrible, they try offering 30% refund, or YOU have to pay to return them! Which costs more than what the actual items themselves cost! They have dodgy return addresses, it's not even a real address. Avoid this company at all costs

The above was my original review. They contacted me and offered me a full refund if I removed my review, which I did in order to get my money back. Now I have that, I’m reposting this to warn others :) this company are rotten deceitful thieves. AVOID

I had a terrible experience with Kawaiisphere. I ordered what was advertised as official merchandise, but what I received was clearly a cheap counterfeit. The quality was awful and nothing like the product photos. When I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and only offered a partial refund — despite the fact that they sent me a fake item.

This is completely unacceptable. Selling counterfeit products is dishonest, and refusing to take full responsibility shows a complete lack of integrity. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this site. Don’t waste your money here.

I ordered what was advertised as a genuine Sonny Angel figure but received a clear counterfeit. The quality was poor: crooked paint, glossy beige skin tone, and cheap-looking materials—nothing like the original figures. I paid more than retail thinking I was getting a real product, but it turned out to be fake.

When I reached out to customer service, they admitted it was a rare issue and offered me a partial refund or the option to return it at my own cost—international shipping that would cost more than the item itself. They refused a full refund unless I returned the fake item, even after being made aware of the issue.

Since then, I’ve come across many others on Reddit and TikTok with the exact same experience. At this point, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue. I now believe all of their Sonny Angel products are counterfeit. Selling fake goods while advertising them as original is not only unethical, it’s illegal. It also violates consumer protection laws.

If you’ve been affected, I strongly recommend disputing the charge with your bank and reporting KawaiiSphere to the FTC (ftc.gov). Consumers deserve better than this.
