Sean and the rest of his team were extremely helpful, knowledgable and fully supportive in the selling of our business. Undeniably it was a slow start but when the right buyer was found their expertise and knowledge was invaluable in all of the situations we encountered during the sale. Helping an Energy Business find a Technology Partner Business
KBS were excellent at finding us a technology business to add to our strengths at as an energy business, matching our needs in terms of size, technology capabilities and culture. The founders of that business found in us a partner that could help them grow, achieving their scaling aspirations, rather than just focusing on the price. The team at KBS, Jacob Lord and Jack Tyldesley were excellent at helping us through negotiations to a satisfactory offer that worked very well for both sides. They kept in touch throughout the sale process, providing excellent advice and guidance, making sure all the process stayed on track, and all the key documents were completed in good time, and tackle last minute blockers. They helped us pull together as a team to get the whole deal done just in time for Christmas. In summary they provided the right mix of support and guidance for both sides to ensure a smooth transaction for both sides. We would certainly use KBS again. They're a great team.
