Really enjoy working with KBS (as a buyer), really friendly and professional team. Mari Stafford has been great.

My experience with KBS has been deeply disappointing and has raised serious questions about their professionalism and transparency. After an excessively drawn-out process, I was informed—without any meaningful explanation that our interest in an opportunity had been rejected. No rationale, no context, no effort to engage in a proper dialogue. Just a flat out dismissal after weeks of waiting.

Worse still, the email I received was unsigned and anonymous. Who exactly is making these decisions? How is it acceptable to conduct serious business dealings behind a veil of faceless communication? It’s not just unprofessional; it’s disrespectful.

If this is how KBS treats genuine, qualified interest in an opportunity, then I would advise others to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, they appear disorganised, uncommunicative, and lacking in basic professional courtesy. At best, it's poor internal coordination. At worst, it's gatekeeping without merit.

I expected better. Instead, I’m left questioning whether KBS truly serves the interests of their clients or if they’re simply going through the motions.
