It's early days yet, although been dragged out a bit by myself getting information across to KBS for a prospective sale of my business. But they have been patient and professional with little nudges to get me moving. The problem with being a small business owner, and being tied up in the middle of day to day running of the company, it restricts my time to focus on other things.
