Ive been having real issues with our other waste management company, asked Elisa to come in and speak to me about their service and cost, which she did within a day, we agreed the costing and signed the paperwork. The change over was seamless and exactly what we needed, im pleased with the service and the customer service is first rate would recommend KCM 100%

After being letdown by our usual Skip supplier we were recommended KCM. After making contact with Elisa who called to see us on the same day to discuss our requirments, we decided to use KCM. Terrible Experience – Unreliable and Dishonest Service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this skip company. I requested the skip for one day only, but it’s now been almost four days, and it still hasn’t been collected despite multiple calls.

From the start, the service was poor. The driver dropped the skip in the wrong location, right in the middle of our working area, which created immediate problems. When I called the next day for collection, they assured me it was booked in, but no one showed up. I called again in the afternoon and was told it would be picked up the next morning. That didn’t happen either.

Every time I call, I get the same excuse with no real action taken. Their lack of communication and failure to follow through has delayed my construction work, as I cannot proceed with concreting due to the skip blocking the site.

No commitment, full of false promises – I would not recommend this company to anyone. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy

I had a specific collection and delivery need for the skip as I needed access to my drive for electric car charging. Skip was dropped off first thing Friday as promised and Id asked for collection first thing the following Monday. Called Friday afternoon to advise Skip was ready and it was collected 8am on Saturday. Absolutely brilliant - how refreshing to deal with a company who go over and above. Will definitely use KCM in future.

I deal with KCM on at least a weekly basis through my job and in the last 3 years there might have been one mistake. Every time I phone there's a friendly voice on the end of the line. They have made repeat trips when skips were blocked in, I've had drivers wait for a blockage to clear to drop skips, it never seems to be a problem. They make my job far easier and I can't speak highly enough of them. Fantastic company and people.

Still waiting for skip to be collected a week after calling them been on drive over a week now spoke to them on phone lady said it would be collected wen it can I didn’t order it it was my last tenant that ordered it and called to arrange collection shocking service I will definitely not be using this company if I ever needed one.
