The skip was ordered online on a Saturday for delivery Monday.
On the Tuesday it still hadn`t arrived so i chased it up and was told i had ordered it for the wrong day (i already had a confirmation stating delivery would be Monday) after a short wrangle KCM then accepted the order had been processed wrong at their end,the order was redone and the skip was then delivered on the Wednesday.

Great and prompt service

Easy to book online skip was delivered on time and was picked up not long after I phoned to say it was full will use again next time I need a skip and would recommend.

Left carefully on drive. Gave 4 stars as I live in a busy cul de sac, with lots of cars. It was a busy day when skip was collected. There was a van blocking the lorry from lifting the skip properly, the skip driver informed me that if he can't load it I would be charged more money, I did not know this. Fortunately my next door neighbour was in and moved the van out of the way.

Was not delivered on the date requested & when it did come it was a drop & load which I believe is a cheaper option

Ordered online a medium skip for 1 week. All very easy and plenty of opportunities for special requests I.e. contact, where to put etc. Skip arrived as requested by an extremely friendly and accommodating gentleman. As it happened I didn't need the skip the whole week so a quick call was made and it was picked up early. All in all a positive experience

The skip was ordered late afternoon on a Thursday and dropped off at 7.30 am the following day. The original booking was for 1 week and had been due to be picked up 10 days later on a Monday. Our skip was full almost a week before collection. I rung them Tuesday afternoon to say it was ready for them to collect whenever they had chance and they arrived almost immediately.
The booking was made online and was very easy. I have used them a few times and whenever I have rung they are very friendly, polite and helpful.

Online booking process is great and easy to use. Driver was friendly on drop-off and popped it just whether we wanted.

Terrible company. Only option for online booking is pre-determined pick up after a very short period. Picked up an empty skip as bad weather and christmas had prevented work. Every other company i've ever used you tell them when skip ready to pick up....£260 for nothing. 'Customer service' woman should not be in that role, couldnt care less, and despite saying she'd have a word about a discount never even phoned back. Awful company, awful woman.

Great service. Easy to book the skip, did it all online which is brilliant and very good prices. The drivers that delivered and collected the skip were polite and mindful of the property. Would definitely recommend this company.

The process from start to finish was smooth and efficient. I was kept up to date and had to do very little outside of organising skip fillers. The online portal was easy to use and clearly laid out.

Great customer service. Very quick to respond to requests for skip exchanges and also quotes for new jobs. I recommend this company if you are looking for reliable waste management in South Yorkshire.

Had a text when my skip was en route. Friendly and courteous driver. Was happy to work with me on deciding best place to put skip whilst still allowing space on drive for two cars.
