Buying a Tag is something that you need trust in , and Robert at KC Watches is with you every step of the way . From the excellent communication pre purchase , to his follow up calls I felt totally at ease buying from him . The watch was delivered much faster than estimated . Very well packaged , and following Roberts advice the 5 year warranty is now active as well . The saving on price is significant, the watch , fully boxed with all documents and warranty card and case . Superb service and highly recommended . KC watches are a great company to definitely consider when shopping around for your watch. Not only is the product exceptional and genuine, but the customer service from Robert start to finish is exceptional! I was very skeptical to begin with purchasing online but reassurance along the way from Robert. Watch came packaged perfectly, box immaculate, internal packaging on the watch, all cellophane on watch face and strap, warranty booklet and authenticity card all included. Delivery was less than 2 weeks and kept updated throughout the process.

I will be dealing with KC watches again.

Great price on a watch that had been on my list for a while. The Omega Aqua Terra arrived quicker than expected, just in time to brighten up Christmas. I have to be frank and say that at the beginning i was a bit afraid of the purchase, given the saving i did on the watch along with the fact that I had to wait about three weeks before receiving it, although it was clearly stated at the placing of the order that such waiting time was to be expected to have the TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300 delivered.

But Robert has been excellent in keeping communication and I have understood how his business model works. The watch arrived yesterday, a present for my son, and both product and service has been outstanding.

Truly happy to have found such a good and honest dealer, which I will surely use for hunting my next watches.
