Bought at Tag Heuer Formula 1 for my sons 21st Birthday. KC Watches were great, responded to all communications quickly and with detail. Watch arrived earlier than expected, which was great as we were late in ordering for the required date.

Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful. His service was second to none and was always on hand to answer questions. I wanted a TAG Aquaracer for my daughter’s 21st birthday and, having decided on exact model, was drawn here due to discounts compared to retail stores.

Paid a deposit and Robert was quick to check that the lead time was OK. He was next in touch to tell me he had the watch and that once I paid the balance the watch would be sent the following day. When Royal Mail were making a bit of a mess of getting the watch to me I mentioned it to Robert and he also got involved with them, which was much appreciated. Watch arrived exactly as described and the warranty has now been registered with TAG Heur. This is the place to buy.

I ordered this watch for my fiancé as a wedding day gift and I can’t wait to give it to him, it’s perfect!
The watch wasn’t in stock so I paid a deposit initially and Robert kept in regular contact with updates regarding the order so I felt reassured throughout. I spoke with Robert on the phone once the watch came in and all my concerns about ordering from an independent online store were put at ease, what a genuinely nice man to deal with.

I found KC Watches by accident after using a price comparison site for the Tag Heuer watch I liked. I was slightly concerned at first, that at £500 cheaper than the other jewellers, it was too good to be true. After reading the reviews on here and checking it was a real company, I was confident to make a purchase. My watch was in stock for next day delivery, and Robert rang me in person to confirm my order and check which day would be good to take receipt of the watch. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The watch is beautiful and I had no trouble registering it on the Tag website. I highly recommend KC watches for excellent service all round.
