Fantastic service and advice, every step of the way from Rachel, Adam and the team. I explored several options, all patiently and thoughtfully considered...nothing too much trouble. The scheduling of the installation was right on cue, we were kept informed every step of the way. On the day of the installation, the team arrived at 07.30 and literally built my Summerhouse pretty much from the ground up...finally finished early evening, never seen folks work so hard. The result is fantastic, really pleased with it, they even followed up with after-care advice. Highly recommended.

What can I say! Great service and a quality garden room.
Excellent right from the start, with the speed of communication, to the attention to detail of the build. We are over the moon with the garden room and can’t wait to start using it as a home office / chill out area.

On behalf of EP school, we would like to publicly thank the extremely hard and dedicated work Kearn gardens did for our new fitness room! The build quality is brilliant, the team were brilliant, the communication was brilliant and the pupils are extremely excited to have a new fitness suite to use after a very difficult year for everyone!
As this was the biggest project Kearns garden rooms have ever done, I think the craftsmanship and the finished article is a huge credit to your team!

Avoid.......

Was given a prompt quote in January which was within my budget then I wanted to upgrade after several weeks Adam said that he could not do so I resent in another request for a similar garden room size to the first one rather than quote Adam said he would come and see me.

Several weeks later and lots of ignored emails And still no site visit or quote! I tell Rachel that I am unhappy and feel like giving a bad review. Response was very defensive, argumentative and non apologetic instead tries to tell me off for sending an email at 1:30am in the morning, why that has anything to do with is beyond me!

Finally sends me another pointless email about how she has been in customer service for the past 15 years and then says that she is trying her best in times like these. Like what?? Your customer service sucks which has nothing to do with anything apart from how you decide to treat prospective clients.

This pointless exercise has cost me dearly in time with huge setbacks.

Total time wasters.

I would like to thank you all again for the build you completed in my garden in December 2020. It has withstood some horrible weather this past month and has stayed feeling warm and cosy throughout. I have since had the room plastered and insulated, and it feels like an extension to my house. I am currently in here working from home now and it has made such a difference for me. I would recommend you all to anyone I speak to.

I will send you some pictures once the weather improves which does the build justice. I can’t wait to keep improving on it and it’s all thanks to your amazing company.

After a long wait due to how busy Adam and his team were and the pandemic causing a delay we finally had our garden room installed yesterday. To say I am over the moon is an understatement, the service Adam, Reece and Rachel provided was first class, the guys on install and Rachel always answering all of my questions so promptly.
Adam and Reece started very early but for the first time they said they managed to build and insulate a structure with just the two of them and what an achievement it was. I couldn't be happier, it looks beautiful and will truly give our home that extra something special. I will now finally have my own office space! Anyone thinking to use their service, don't hesitate they truly are fantastic and so worth it.

My experience of Kearns Gardens was Outstanding from Day 1 of contacting them. When I was considering a Garden Room I contacted a few companies but I can honestly say that Kearns were the most helpful by a long stretch. I had many questions and nothing was ever too much trouble for them to answer, and they were always very quick coming back to me. Even when there was a slight delay in the product they offered me full deposit refund, which I am glad to say I declined, and was happy to wait. Their product certainly seemed superior, and I can certainly vouch for that now it has been built. Adam and his colleague were incredibly professional, and hard working to get it constructed in 1.5 days during the hottest 2 days of the summer! My wife and I are extremely happy with the end product as it far exceeded our expectations.
I could not recommend this Company more highly. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Keep up the Good Work!

We heard about Kearns Garden Rooms through a referral & having now experienced the service Rachel and Adam provide it’s no surprise people are lining up to recommend them, I’m now desperate to share their details and refer people I know to them.

Firstly, the quality of the build is brilliant. We went for a 12 x 8 garden room, fully insulated and boarded out inside. Adam & team worked flat out to build on site in just two days. You could not meet a more friendly and professional team. The site was kept tidy and cleared down overnight.

Secondly, the communication from initial enquiry through to final invoice was brilliant and every message, no matter how trivial, was fully responded to by Rachel, in the same friendly and professional way.

Finally, the price is very competitive & terrific value.

The only question we were left asking was why we didn’t get a garden room years ago? Maybe because we hadn’t heard of Kearns Garden Rooms back then!

Adam and the team built us our amazing summer house and bar in our garden, we couldn't have asked for a better team to come into our home and provide us with such an amazing service from start to finish.
The time taken and workmanship that went into it was outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering getting a garden room.
Watching the building transform before our eyes nothing was pre-built all work carried out on site with a superb finish nothing was to much for them.

We’ve just had our summer house installed. If you’re thinking of a garden office, gym, extra room or a posh doggie palace look no further. Trust me I searched nationwide. I struck gold when I came across these guys. Their customer service from start to finish has been 2nd to none. The quality is superb. Far better than we were expecting. The attention to detail & accommodating our requirements was fantastic.
The overall experience & finished product is awesome. We’re so so pleased. Honestly you’ll not be disappointed.
