Ordered some new feet for my sofas. The old end caps had broken off.
The caps I ordered from Keay Vital Parts were spot on. I followed their advice on how to measure the sofa tube legs and the caps arrived earlier than quoted and fit a treat.

There was a mistake with my order initially but this was rapidly and efficiently corrected. I was given a percentage refund to compensate for the inconvenience and I was not asked to return the wrong product - so 5 stars! This compares very favourably with the sort of customer service I have received from larger organisations.

Quick delivery, kept us informed, great quality and good packing and even included a small drill bit for pre screw screwing, perfect for the job and saves our flooring :-)

Just received 8 Pack of 40mm Stewart in St Steel Furnitue Gliders as Trial on 2 chairs. So good have ordered more to complete further 2 chairs & 2 sofas.

I was really pleased to receive my order of furniture gliders, sent very promptly. But I felt let down and disappointed that, inside the recyclable cardboard envelope, the product was packed in polystyrene. Used for a moment, this packaging went in the bin. In a climate emergency, every little action counts - I'm sure you can put your heads together and trial some ways of packing screws that avoid using plastic products, which have taken millions of years to produce, but then have a lifespan of minutes. Do let me know if you have any ideas on this!

We bought the 20mm pack of 24 furniture sliders then another pack of 24mm ones as the first set were so good. These little pads are brilliant and have stopped the horrible scraping noise when moving chairs. Really pleased with them; easy to fit and very effective, would highly recommend, wish I'd bought them before as stick on felt ones proved short lived and left marks on floor which is underheated.
