A quality product for what I wanted. There's so much rubbish listed on ebay, that's obviously not going to last five minutes, it was good to find this company selling decent stuff.

This is not the first time I have bought from Keay because my previous experience was very good. The products are first class, postage is prompt and customer service is excellent.

these felt gliders are very good easy to fit and do the job. have been looking for something like these for a long time have recommended to our daughter.

My dining room chairs have been scraping the floor for years and no matter what I try to solve the issue (felt, silicone etc), nothing ever worked. The screw in felt gliders from Keay were simple to install, are clearly excellent quality and work perfectly.

very happy with this product - arrived promptly but importantly was the size stated - previously (from another company cups were not as size stated so wouldn't fit my bed legs)

Looked at quite a few sites for castors with a square shape and slightly larger cup and this company fulfilled my requirements were others failed. Easy to order and swift delivery.

Very happy, brought felt gliders to stop the racket from chairs on the floor, they work so well. Been on for a couple of months and there's no sign of the felt coming away. Came with a small drill bit too which was very helpful.

Following previous experience and my inability to count ordered further screw gliders. Received good advice from sales re best cost effective order. Arrived in 48 hours. Great company Great service. Excellent quality and cost product. Recommended

Good service, prompt delivery

Done a huge amount of research for good quality protection for my chair legs, and am initially very pleased with the quality of the product (screw in feet pads). Time will tell if they survive the course as we're a B&B, so the chairs are always in use on our vinyl flooring.

Was also impressed that the product was wrapped up in brown paper with minimal sellotape, which meant I was able to recycle the paper it came in! Well done to the company for taking the initiative to reduce landfill packaging.

A well made product, extreme care taken with the packaging arrived in perfect condition.
I ordered the suggested drill bit for a guide hole for the felt furniture gliders and it made fitting them an easy job.
Early days yet but they look much longer lasting than the stick on type. Wonderful service, thank you.

I purchased a few small parts from this company. I am taking the trouble to write this review because of the care the company took to package my items. Whoever packed the pieces must be commended. It wasn’t the robustness of the packaging, it was the old fashioned simplicity and neatness of the packaging that impressed. Thank you.

Worth the wait, I had an 80 year old piece of furniture that I didn’t want a cheap plastic slide, these were so much nicer, look fantastic, if your looking for a quality furniture glide, look no further. Yes you might wait a few days because of Covid, but you will be glad you did.

I did not realise that I needed to initially make a guide hole however after contacting their customer service, who could not have been more helpful, I realised I needed to drill a guide hole using a 1.5mm drill bit. After fitting them the difference is fantastic. No more noisy/scraping furniture or attempting to stick on felt pads which need constant realignment. I’ve fitted them to my dining table and dining chairs and I could not be happier with the end result.
