Hi I ordered this product blind, surprisingly enough I found the product absolutely first class and easy to fit and because of the material they are made of they should last a good few years as they are for outside furniture. 1st class service from a good company. Will certainly recommend and use again.

What a nice bunch of people! My order was delayed due to a Post Office cockup, so another set was dispatched immediately. When my original order arrived 10 days later, I offered to pay as the product was so useful that I wanted to keep the spares. I was told not to worry and to keep as I had been inconvenienced. Brilliant service, in the difficult covid-19 times. The package arrived in good time, I removed the old existing feet, and after cleaning the chair legs, fitted the new replacement parts. they fitted no problem at all. Would definitely use Keay again if needed.

What a great find this company, I purchased some Screw in Felt Gliders for our kitchen chairs and table as now we have an oak floor. They do a perfect job in protecting the floor from scratches and get rid of that annoying noise when people drag chairs.
Really easy to fit and they are good quality (as you'd expect from being Made in Germany).

What I fantastic quality product at a reasonable price with quick delivery. Their intended use is to prevent door handles contacting plaster walls because the conventional door stop is not practical.

We had been using sticky pads for 2 wooden chairs that keep coming off and the chair would then stick to the floor.
On Key Vital Parts we found nail in rectangular feet for our chairs these have worked a treat. they were delivered quickly and well packaged

Wife bought 4 new kitchen dining chairs, within a week two of the plastic feet in the bottom of the tubular steel legs had broken, ordered a pack of 24 from Keay for under a tenner and free delivery. Perfect fit, German made so will probably last but I have 8 spares now anyway. Ideal! Good Comms and delivery. Recommend this company.

I purchased 4 x reclining garden chairs from Facebook Marketplace. £60 the lot, described as in 'good' condition. The leg hinges had some caps missing. I measured the ID and looked at the list on the Keay Vital Parts website to find out what size replacement cap to order. They arrived in due course. I had to cut about 3-4mm from the insert length with a Stanley knife. They fit perfectly. I have ordered another 3 packs (x4) to sort the other three chairs out. They look better than the original caps!

I have recently bought a set of felt to fit on Ikea wooden chairs. I wanted something that to be strongly bounded to the chairs because they are on a rough floor. In Kealy Vital Parts I found felts with screws so I am very happy with my purchase

Ordered some plastic feet for the bottom of my new patio wooden table and chairs. Very good quality and well packaged, quick delivery would use again and recommend.

Received 12x felt furniture pads with screw fixing within a couple of days. Exceptional turnaround. The pads are 1st class. Well made and far better than the stick-on variety. A really nice touch was the inclusion of a 2mm drill so that a pilot hole can be added to the chair legs before fitting the pads.

World Class Service - In the current chaos of C19, I emailed Keay because an order I had made had not been delivered in time. They responded within minutes explaining that there were delays with regards to the Post Office (true), and that they were very sorry and to ease my concern would re-send the order via tracked 24 hour delivery. I told them not to worry because I didn't want to damage their profit margins at this difficult time, I just wanted to know my order was coming. My order was for 4 chair feet and a value of £5.80. They re-sent the order anyway, which I received less than 24 hours after my first email enquiry. Korhan and the team at Keay are ON IT !! Thank you. Oh, and the parts are perfect as well!!

Great product arrived quickly packed well and they even supplied a drill bit for ease of fitting. Will definitely use this supplier in the future
