No return policy
I ordered a pair of rain boots that didn’t fit properly, and my daughter didn’t like them, so I wanted to return them right away. However, there was no return form in the parcel. I contacted Keekabuu through their email and the contact form on their website, but five days have passed with no response.
This wasn’t my first order with them, but it was my first time attempting a return. Disappointed by the lack of response.

Unserious business- they didn't refund my return ( 2 months ago)
After they sent me the wrong products, I returned them, and didn't get a refund for 2 months until I contacted Paypal who solved the case-fortunately.The return has been arrived to the shop correctly, and to my question why the don't refund me, the answer was: "Please change your review, you only gave us 1 star." Unbelievable!!Unserious business, definitely would NOT recommend it!!
