Ridiculous! Very poor quality! I received my shoes after weeks and weeks. They were an absolute joke! I reached out to their team to request a refund. At first they wanted me to keep the shoes I have and they offered to send me new ones. After I refused and insisted on refund, they stopped responding and now their email bounced back and it seems they no longer exist which is a good thing... I hope they put an end on this scam!

Horrible, in every possible way! Crappy quality - very deceptive photography, not anywhere near reality. Trying to return for refund was a nightmare (detailed in other reviews here) and they did indeed receive the package back, but have never refunded me the $70! I have kept asking and asking them, but they won’t reply, and now seem to have taken down their email, or something, as now my emails bounce back, saying all sorts of unreachables.

Do Not Order From This Scam Company!

The picture of the boots were very appealing. In reality, they were cheap Dollar store quality-no cushion on the soul, uncomfortable to walk in and WAY overpriced. I asked for my money back. They kept trying to have me send pics of the boots, then get me to exchange for something else offering a 30% discount code. Finally after 3 volleys they agreed to send me the address to return them saying: "Please pay the shipping fee for sending them back...We will only issue the full refund once received at our warehouse. You can use the USPS or the post office to send the item back. If you use the express courier, it will be more expensive and the Customs might think it is an import. The package might be refused in some cases. Besides that, you should inform the shipping company that the item's price is lower than $5 to avoid an extra fee." (which means I'm
supposed to lie). Plus, although the return address on the pkg.the sent the boots in was Jamaica, NY, In actuality you have to send it back to CHINA! They've got you over a barrel. By the time you were to jump through all those hoops (and there's no guarantee it will ever arrive), you'd use up a lot of time, money and frustration. And they know that! It should be named "keenthievery".

Terrible experience. Boots arrived in a flimsy plastic bag and I could smell the overpowering chemical smell before even opening the package. Got one email after I said I wanted to return the boots, but no response after 5 email asking for the address to ship it to. In the process of filing a dispute claim with Visa because they should not be able to get away with inferior merchandise and not accepting returns/refunds. It is maddening.
Update: Visa gave me a temporary refund based on my email documentation plus I sent other reviews I read here, but Keenwalking has 60 days to present their own proof.

On the phone with visa right now. They don’t want to refund us because we have not returned the merchandise. We haven’t yet and via email, requested a return label. Haven’t heard a peep from fake keen.That seems to be their scam - they make it pretty impossible to return the merchandise. No return? They keep our money. Please call your credit card companies to vocally dispute these charges from this fraudulent company. We are filing a formal dispute. Good luck, everyone.

Worst shoes ever! Filed a complaint with credit card company and Keenwalking responded with out right lies about our correspondence. Offered 10% refund as opposed to sending the product back for $50 in shipping. Total SCAM

The worst!!!. the shows were inferior product, didn't come close to fitting and a return is impossible!!!! Itll cost more to ship back to China than you paid for them, and the alternative is a discount for another pair!!!

I am appaled at the horrible quality and even worse customer service of this SCAM. DO NOT order the shoes; they took forever to arrive then they were pure crap, did not fit even if I wanted to wear them. They won't exchange or return! STAY AWAY.

Shame on me for falling for these. Pics look really cute, shoes and boots are pure junk and definitely are not "real Keens" BEWARE!!! The option to return is to pay to return to China makes no sense as it is way too expensive.

Do NOT order from this sham! They masquerade as a company in Delaware, but when the cheap, horrible shoes must be returned, you must pay to ship them back to China! The other option they gave me is to accept 10% back and keep the junk shoes. The sizing is way off--way too small and not an accurate sizing guide. The material feels like cardboard. These boots look like something you'd buy in a drugstore! I am so angry that I trusted the site, which makes the products look like good quality. Never again! I am filing a disputed charge with my bank.

Wish I had seen this before ordering. I too am having a horrible experience with this company. Does anyone have a return address for them? I refuse to have them keep my money but can't get them to give me a return address until the 3rd pair from the same order arrive. So much for them being based in Delaware. Order placed for 3 pair of shoes on 10/26 and the first pair did not show up until 11/28. Still waiting for the 3rd pair. CRAZY.

This review should be a minus 10. This is a ripoff firm from China. They won't honor any of the typical things we expect--like a refund when they don't fit. It's a scam.

The boots pictured are not the boots I received. The size was not accurate and the quality is very poor. When asked for a refund I was offered 10%. Do not order from this company. Total rip-off.

PLease do not be fooled by this company. Boots are very poorly made, do not reflect the description, and are impossible to send back. So I just wasted $61.82.

This company shouldn’t even have a star at all. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Horrible product and very cheap. Customer service is awful. I even sent pictures of the product I received but they still thought it was fine. I gave them the chance to make it right but they failed at that too. Buyer beware!

If a ZERO could be given that would not be low enough. I did not get the product I thought I was getting...still waiting on the 4th pair of shoes...been a few months now. Company will not take back unless I pay shipping fees...and I do NOT trust this company. Shoes come from China, not the USA. This company should not be allowed to operate this way.

Doesn’t deserve a star- complete scam. Can’t repeat that enough! I suggest that anyone who fell for this bait and switch call their credit card company they used for purchase and make a compliant about this scam

This company IS NOT KEEN! It is a hoax. Shoes finally came after 2 months and like the other reviewers said, they are cheap rip offs! Also, size is one size too small. I have contacted them about a return, but am guessing like another reviewer, it will cost a bundle to send them back. STUPID of me not to have checked.
