This should be a minus TEN review. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. CRAP SHOES AND CRAP SERVICE. I was fooled by the name Keen.

This company is a scam.cheap plastic,difficult to return . I refuse to pay $26.50 to return to China. Do not buy from them.

Oh how I wish I would have checked out reviews before I purchased the waterproof boots. They looked good & right price point but it stopped there. I was remiss that I did not see that there was a “no free return” and it cost $16.00 to return a pair of boots that did not fit and zippers that did not work and then they sent them back to me because the address on their website was not legitimate. I think this company is a fraud. Truly the worst Customer Service ever and most unhelpful interactions with them. I did not get reimbursed for a brand new pair of unworn boots & had to pay for the return. Bad quality and bad customer relations. Tip….PLEASE do not purchase from this company~Wendy from Bend

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Product was cheap - you could feel small things through the soles; size was way off - I ordered 2 sizes larger than my normal size and they were still too small; it took forever to get them. Return requires you to pay postage to China. Really??? Do yourself a favor and don't order from them!!

Cheap shoes that don't look anything like the pictures. It's a scam from China. So dissatisfied. They arent worth more than 20 dollars but I paid 68 dollars. Such a waste!!

DO not buy from this website. They are not Keen. They are a ripoff. The shoes come from china, take forever to be delivered. Junk. Then just try to get a refund!

This Company should be removed completely! After receiving a product that was completely Foreign from what was represented I notified the company of not only A very poor fit but also a very poor product. My options were to take a minimal refund or send them back to China At my expense!?! Then I read the reviews of others that had also been cheated. I contacted my credit card company, explain the situation and their finding was that this was a legitimate complaint. Keen walking will not receive the funds for my order and I am throwing the product away, that is how crappy the product is.

This seller is not selling Keen shoes. They are cheap rip-offs shipped from China. Do not buy shoes from this website you will regret it. Very low quality especially for the price and hassle. I spent hours working with Paypal, the seller, and US customs officials to get my shoes that I could have probably bought at Wal-mart for $10. I know - shame on me for not researching before buying. Hopefully, my stupidity will keep others from making the same mistake I did.

If I could give a zero rating to this company I would gladly do so. The product that they advertise is not what you’ve received. The boots are of poor quality and made from the cheapest material. They're also not true to size. I would not recommend buying any product from this company.

This is a horrible company. They don't return products and they are cheaply made out of rubber smelling material. They told me to air them for several days in the sun or windy area, when I complained. They won't give a refund and expect me to send back to China. The shoes need to go in the trash but at $78.00, what a ripoff. Do not order from this company. I was fooled by the Keen name as many others have been.

Crappppp.....fraud .....any reviews that are good are fraud too. Very poor quality...no support....and ugly!
To return to China it cost half of what I paid.

Boy was I an idiot! This company is deceitful and you will not get Keen walking shoes as their ad leads you to believe. I'm trying to get in touch with the company for a refund but not holding my breath. Oh, and the email address they give you is not legit or deliverable. Ha!

First off the name KEEN made me believe i was dealing with KEEN. KEENWALKING is a fraud. The shoes are not leather, the shoes I received are different than the picture. The only way to get their 100% iron clad guarantee is to return product to CHINA. Poor quality.
BBB has them reported. STAY AWAY!!!! I am in dispute with them and the credit card company.

I have been looking for some new spring/summer sandals and I just received these and they are so incredibly comfortable and super cute! I think I will order them in more colors.

The shoes that were shipped were poor quality and tore the first time I wore them. Keenwalking does not want to refund the money. The shoes took forever to be delivered to me too. Do yourself a favor and AVOID KEENWALKING. I am in dispute with them for a refund too. Not good at all.

The short boots I ordered do not fit so I tried to get a return label. I was told the following "pay the shipping for sending the shoes back to Zhejiang, China. We do not refund until after the item is received in our warehouse. Please note, returns may take a long time due to the remote geographical distance, customs or other unexpected problems. We would like to offer you a refund of 10% and you don't need to return to China."
This is total crap, just like the quality of the short boots.

I too was mislead by the company using the Keen name and a nice looking picture of short boots. This company is not worth your time and especially your money. The boot is of poor quality with no labels on it. I should have read reviews before I purchased. I will report to BBBureau. Do not purchase anything from Keenwalking!

This company is confusing people by the name "keenwalking". I thought I was buying shoes from a reputable company, Keen. The shoes they sent look nothing like the shoes in the picture - it's not even the same shoes! At no where on their website does it say customers who a refund would have to ship it to CHINA. This is a scam, I would not recommend this product.

Shoes are not “quality genuine leather” but some version of fake, hard material. They arrived and REEKED from being stored for ages, and the pair of boots I got were worn. They had scuff marks on the bottom.

They are the Worst!!!!! DO NOT Buy from them. Returns go to China with a warning that it may not go thru and customs may confiscate. The quality is Totally Poor!! Bad zippers I got 2 left boots with no support. Have been offersed 10$ max.
I am reporting them to the Better Bisiness bureau. I never write bad reviews but these guys are so unethical and corrupt.
