I had an issue unrelated to the keepkey hard wallet, and brought it to the attention on keepkey support. They exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond and helped me through a technical problem that was occuring through Etherscan. Customer support and understanding was fufilled.

Just had my first experience with Keep Key Support (Jake) and the first words that come to mind after my experience with the Keep Key team are "Delightfully Satisfied". Yes that sounds weird but I'll explain. Over the past few days I have tried to send a small transaction from my Keep Key address to another address. Failing each time and frustrated I searched the net for a few days after work for any possible solutions. After coming to the conclusion that there were basically zero people with the same issue as mind I reached out to Keep Key support and worked "Effortlessly" with Jake to resolve the issue. Not only did he fix the issue at hand, but he took the time to explain what the problem was that stopped me from making the transaction. Honestly blown away by the integrity, professional approach and most importantly the brief education they provided after the issue was resolved.... "A+" in my book.

Really easy to use. Great place to store crypto. Highly recommend!

After a scary couple days of thinking my bitcoin was gone, I finally contacted Keepkey customer support. Jake contacted me back early in the day and with much patience emailed me back and forth trying different things to resolve the problem.
He couldnt have been more patient or more helpful. Finally he was able to figure out the problem by looking at my Chrome Logs. A rare data sync problem was to blame.
Bitcoin now showing! Yay!

i had a fantastic experience with them ordered directly from keep key to the uk i was worried about time to arrive, they kept in contact with me and support is constant . the product it self sturdy strong and reliable i dont use it for portability , and wouldnt carry it around but can easily fit in your pocket, the app is easy to use and set up ! would be good if they had a mobile app and a fiat value to coins stored but is very good as is im egar to see which other coins they plan to hold in the near future

Customer service was awesome. I expected to wait for days for an answer but got one right away.

I run into the problem. When I had to send some coins worth of $850 to other wallet. Nightmare came at the second I pressed send. Together with my $850 Keepkey made a second address worth over $5000 from my wallet and sent both wallet addresses to blockchain site. No idea why but $850 reach it's destination and second stuck at blockchain as unspent money. There is no way to retrieve this money back. So I lost over $5000. Keepkey support was not very helpfull and explained that money should be return back to the wallet. On my question how long it will take I never got an answer. I don't understand in a first place why my money was taken out from my wallet without my authorization and I have no idea if it ever will be back to my wallet. Will wait for return of money and will return this wallet back to the store. There is no point to have unpredictable device which can send unknown amount of money to nowhere. I need something that I will relly on. $5000 maybe for someone nothing but it is lots of money for me especially when I really on it. I would not recommend this divice to nobody. Now I am just sitting and waiting if by some magic it will appear in this useless device which brought to me so many problems.

Bought this item last week. Had a great and easy experience setting the device up. Encountered a small problem via my personal hot wallets sending some BTC to KeepKey hard wallet, however the support team was really quick to respond and was able to help.
I can only recommend this product to other people who really want to have a secure place for their crypto.

For the most part it works well. I've had issues trying to convert LTC to ETH. It isn't going through after multiple attempts. CS is OK but slow to respond.

Keepkey doesn't send coins to any destination. It trys. It prepares. But it never does complete a transaction. It says it's preparing but it gets stuck on that. Contacting support doesn't seem to help as after 3 days no reply from them. I deleted the chrome extention and installed it again. This did not work. The cable is lose and has a short. I know support will probably say that my problem is the short but if I can log in and I can prepare for a transaction then this is not the problem. Keepkeys customer service has been going down hill since the take over by shapeshift.

Very happy about how it works, and how fast it is. Maybe just tha fact that the hardware wallet is not cheap and that you have to pay a fee by each transaction.

so beautiful, so convenient. However, i wish an original app on Mac should be available instead of only an app in chrome. I expect to add ETC into support list :-)

Lovely product, very slick and easy to use. I especially like the button, it is easy to use and the fact that you have to press it for a couple of seconds makes it feel more secure. Thanks to the KeepKey team!
