Unrelliable. Unprofessional. Discourteous.
I booked with this company for a man and van removal. I had called earlier in the week to get a quote. and called back on Friday 15th July to confirm my booking. I emphasised the fact that I was depending on their reliability, and secured my booking by giving my bank card details, as I was told that this would confirm my booking for Monday 18th July 2016.
On Saturday afternoon 16tgh July a woman called me to inform me that my booking was now cancelled because the van had broken down . She was very cavalier in her attitude, and said that she could give me a number to try for another company. Really this cannot be a decent company, as any reputable firm would have hired a van and completed the job They were not the cheapest quote by far. . I expect that this sort of eventuality would be covered by their insurance!!. To call me late on Saturday was definately unacceptable. Caveat Emptor!! Let the buyer beware. P.S. They have optimised their site and paid google to up them in their rankings. This company is based in Camberwell, London. They came up on the first page to cover my area, Bexley.
