Great custumer care

The product is excellent, but no customer service response.

The product is excellent. However the packaging was damaged on delivery resulting in the bag containg the nuts and bolts having split and one nut had been lost, having dropped through a tear in the cardboard box. I contacted customer services about this but there was no response from them. I had to use a non-locking nut I had in my garage to finish the job.

I can't believe you are asking me to do…

I can't believe you are asking me to do this. I already wrote two reviews, tried to contact the Company many times. Wrote reviews to the company. They never once replied to anything. I WANT to return the items and get my money back. Why is this not happening?
Thus is the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience. I will not recommend this company.
