My items came very quickly

Best and cheapest kettlebells i could find. The only issue i found was missing warehouse opening hours info, initially planned to collect it over the weekend but it is opened only Mon-Fri. Besides that all good, happy customer, great items

When the bar arrived it was too big for my space, that’s not the bars issue. The issue I have is that your customer service is nonexistent so I have no way of returning the item. Email, and website contact is closed and you cannot reach a single member of staff to just return an item it’s awful.

Bought multi change weights from KEFL that are broken and dangerous, discs fall out, and they won’t even after 3 contact emails about the matter reply to me to resolve it.

After all the trouble with Royal mail and the parcel being esent back to KEFL dumbbells arrived lovely piece of equipment well-made nice big fat handles can’t ask for more out of a set of dumbbells .

Exactly what I want speedy delivery

I purchased an item in the incorrect size. The KEFL company website states that a 14-day return policy is in place and that customers must contact customer service to initiate a return.

I have submitted several requests to initiate this process but have not received any response. Upon reviewing feedback from other customers online, it appears that similar issues have been experienced by others.

I would advise caution when purchasing from this company, as you may encounter difficulties returning unwanted items.

The products came in not grest conditon. If try and contact their suppoty team, you will not get a response. I contact them twice about a refund, a month later still not contact or refund arranged.

I would avoid KEFL, there are many online retailers who sell the same products as them and at similar price points.

Exactly what i expected! Great product on a fair price!

Ordered a 5ft weight bar, which I received today. Unfortunately, there are two significant issues with the product delivered:

​Weight Discrepancy: The website and my order confirmation state this bar should weigh 10kg. However, the packaging indicates 6kg, and I have confirmed this weight on my own scales. A 4kg difference is significant and not what I paid for.

​Incorrect/Missing Collars: The product listing specifies spinlock collars (and the images show quick-lock collars). I'd of been happy with either. Instead I've received a spring collar (the cheap nasty type). Furthermore there is only one spring collar so I can't use the bar anyway.

I've reached out to KEFL about these issues but given other reviews on here I'm unsure I'll get a response.

I will update this review with the outcome and a new rating once they resolve the issue.

Item (DB rack) received without necessary fixings, managed to put together, was not stable so need to return but no answer from customer services.

It is with sadness that I have to write this review about this company. I ordered some dumbbells over three weeks ago was told that they have been sent to Milton Keynes Royal mail depot by rights that should’ve been delivered on the 5th of May so I gave an extra day due to the bank holiday and still nothing. I’ve tried to be in contact with her via email with no reply and their telephone number that’s on this site is not recognisable. I’ve done everything in my house to getting in contact with them but as of yet I’ve had no reply be wary of this company if buying.

Title: Product delivered at half the advertised weight

Ordered the Adjustable Select Tech Dumbbell 40KG expecting a pair of 40kg dumbbells, which is exactly what the product page describes. The listing states "ranging from 2 kg to an impressive 40 kg for each dumbbell" and refers to the product as 40KG throughout the title, URL, and description. On the packaging upon delivery each box is even listed as 40kg weight but they are not. What actually arrived was a pair that upon weighing dont even weigh 20, closer to 18kg... so less than half the advertised weight. The dumbell has gaps either side of the handle where additional plates should be, but they are missing.

This isn't a case of misreading the listing or a unit mix-up on my part. The wording is genuinely unambiguous and the product simply doesn't match what's described on the page I bought it from. It's a fairly significant issue when you're paying for a piece of kit based on its weight capacity and that capacity turns out to be half of what was promised.

Reading through other reviews on here, I can see I'm not the first person to run into problems, and the recurring theme of unresponsive customer service doesn't fill me with confidence. I've reached out to KEFL to sort this out and I'm happy to update the review depending on how they handle it. For anyone considering this product in the meantime, I'd think carefully before ordering and would recommend buying from a retailer with a clearer track record on after-sales support.
