Excellent customer service.
The item purchased was a good quality and represented excellent value for money. It arrived within the time frame specified and was well packaged. On opening the parcel it was obvious that there was a manufacturing fault. I contacted the company by email through the link on the website and had a response very quickly from May who then dealt with the issue. A new part was sent out by Royal Mail 24 so arrived the next working day. All in all a great experience, May was extremely helpful and ensured the whole procedure ran smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from the company again.

very poor service I need a refund no product!
I have emailed 3 times stating that the item has not arrived, currently £30 down and no product, please respond to my emails so we can arrnage a refund.

We're very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
Having reviewed the order, we can see it was placed on Saturday 6th December and was processed and dispatched from our warehouse on Monday 8th December, the next working day. Based on this, any delay in delivery would have occurred with the courier after the parcel left our warehouse.
We are equally disappointed to hear that the packaging and item arrived damaged. This is certainly not how we want our products to reach our customers.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously and hope you will consider shopping with us again in the future, allowing us the opportunity to provide the level of service we strive for.

Having reviewed the order, we can see it was placed on 27th May, processed and dispatched on 29th May, and according to the courier's records was delivered on 1st June. This means the order was delivered within 3 business days, which falls within our advertised delivery timeframe of 3-5 business days.
That said, we never want a customer to feel dissatisfied, so if there is anything else regarding the delivery that concerned you, we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to understand more.
