I still haven't received the kettle…

I still haven't received the kettle bell I ordered. It's been weeks. The help email address responded once like they were helping. Then never again. More weeks passed.

Your ticket is still open with us. Your original item was sent with Evri but was damaged in transit. A replacement was then sent straight away with Parcel Force, and tracking was provided on both occasions.

Unfortunately, the issue with your order has been caused by courier handling rather than the item not being sent from our side. That said, we fully understand that this is still extremely frustrating for you as the customer.

We will contact the courier again on Monday as a priority to get this resolved. Please be assured that we take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we will not leave this unresolved. You will either receive your item or, if the courier issue cannot be resolved, we will arrange a refund for you.

16kg kettlebell. Will it ever arrive.

Made an order last month and the item still hasn't been delivered. Contacted them initially through their online form and no response. I've sent 2 emails with the order number and no response. I messaged them through a Facebook add and they asked me to email them with the order number even though I'd sent 2 previous emails and attached the order number. I sent a third at their request and again no response. Really disappointed as I've made a previous order and had no issues, but this has put me off ordering from this company again.

Having reviewed the order, we can see that it was placed on 18th May and processed on 19th May. Unfortunately, the delay appears to have been caused by the courier rather than the order not being dispatched from our side.

We sincerely apologise if you emailed us and did not receive a response. We have been dealing with a backlog of customer enquiries and it is possible that your emails were missed as a result.

The courier should be able to arrange a redelivery, and we would appreciate it if you could email us again so we can personally assist and get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously and will not leave this unresolved. You should either receive your item or be refunded if we are unable to successfully complete the delivery.

The kettlebells are great value, like the feel, shape and not to big when doing double bell work outs, some second hand sites are selling these at the same price or more. Well package when arrive Using 20kg and 24kg KELF perfect 👌

Never received my order

Never received my order. Zero customer service. No response to emails or form submitted on website. Thank god I paid via PayPal and got a refund. Warning if you are going to order off this company make sure you go through the likes of PayPal so you can get your money back.

Customer service and delivery poor!

Delivery very poor, items came on 3 separate occasions with 2 different couriers past expected delivery date.
Bolts missing from DB stand, contacted KEFL 3 times by email and contact us form but no reply!
DB seam good but I wouldn’t order again! Very disappointed with customer service.

Regarding the deliveries, the order was split into multiple parcels due to courier weight and size restrictions. This allows us to keep delivery costs as low as possible for customers, although we appreciate that receiving parcels on different days can be frustrating.

We have already arranged a full refund of your delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill, and we are ready to send out the missing bolts for the dumbbell stand as soon as we receive confirmation of what is missing.

We genuinely value your custom and are sorry that your experience has left you feeling this way. We hope you will give us the opportunity to put things right and show that customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

I ordered 2no Kettlebells which were…

I ordered 2no Kettlebells which were reduced on one of their special promotions.

I realised later on that a competitor had a very good deal, so I contacted them via email to cancel as I hadn't received any delivery confirmation yet.
There is not button to cancel an order that hasn't yet been fulfilled or a telephone number for direct contact. They informed me the kettlebells had already been sent, and I could refuse the order or initial a return.

The kettlebells were fantastic so I decided to keep them, better than Northern Gym Equipment who's finish was course and less aethetic. Very pleased with the product. I would order from KEFL again to expand my kettlebell set.

Overall, delivery was fast, communication was good, the product was superb, So happy overall.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I ordered adjustable dumbbells from KEFL and they never arrived. The order remained at 'getting ready to ship' with no updates or explanation. I contacted the company several times by email and received no response at all. The complete lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend KEFL.
