Thanks to local knowledge and contacts Chris was able to help us with a slightly different situation when selling our property. Chris is a very friendly and helpful person, his approach is consultative rather than "salesy". The only reason I did not award 5 stars (I would have given 4.5) was one area around communication, which to be fair Chris resolved very quickly, and 9 times out of 10 it was absolutely spot on, and so I would still recommend Keith Ian to my friends.

We were buying our house through Keith Ian and they were excellent from start to finish. Our purchase came with quite a few delays but Chris and Ian were sure to keep us informed on latest developments and helped to identify and achieve quick solutions.

My experience with Keith Ian has been the best with any Estate Agent I have used. To put it into perspective I have used Agents in excess of 20 times and my opinion has never been good. I am pleased to say Keith Ian might have even changed that opinion. This time I was selling on behalf of an aged aunt. They kept me fully informed of the process and helped in every respect of the sale, including recommending a reasonable house clearance company.

My family and I have recently bought a house in Buntingford through Keith Ian. The staff have been excellent from start to finish, often going above and beyond to make our move as easy for us as possible.

Amazing service at a very stressful time
Scott and his team have been absolutely fantastic. Whilst selling our flat they quickly kept us informed of viewings and were considerate of our circumstances during the viewing process. We got feedback on every viewing and were always very honest and realistic, no getting our hopes up. Once we had a buyer Scott moved heaven and earth to push the sale through for our preferred moving date just 10 weeks away. The agent we bought through was not very efficient at responding to us but it didn't matter as Scott was there to help where they failed. I can not thank him and his team enough for going above and beyond for us and would highly recommend them in a heartbeat.

Very please with this letting agents in Cheshunt. I needed quickly property to move in. Viewing was organised in no time, all references was done less than 3 days. Very professional team.
During my stay at the rented property, I had few issues there and Letting agents was amazing and helpful. As soon i notified them about issue i had, maintenance was send in and all fixed in no time.

Chris and his team found a buyer for my mothers home - after being in the property for over 50 years this was a difficult transition for her - however my mum felt very comfortable with Keith Ian's team and they dealt with her with great sensitivity and understanding.

Chris and Ian did a great job in selling our property quickly for the asking price. We had numerous issues with a non-communicative purchaser, but Chris and Ian chased all the various stakeholders repeatedly until we reached a succesful conclusion. I reccommend these guys and would use again.

Keith Ian managed both the letting and sale of my flat. For both services, they were superb.

On the lettings side, Daniel and Jade were fantastic in their communications and service, finding the right profile of tenant even at short notice.

On the sale side, Luke, Chris and Sam were great, showing an understanding of the market that made me feel very confident in their approach. A completed sale to the very first viewers of the property speaks volumes for their credentials.

I would recommend Keith Ian to anyone for both lettings and sales.

Chris in the Cheshunt branch was very approachable and not a typical 'estate agent' was never pushy and always helpful. Always called when he said he would and always had a proper update for us unlike the agents we bought through who were absolutely awful - Chris pretty much got our sale and purchase through as the agents we were buying with had no clue about our transaction, never had an update and would never call us back after leaving countless messages!
