Great tennis. The KP team were brilliant from start to finish!

Our Experience of utilising Keith Prowse for the Queens Tennis was from start to finish and exceptional service. Special Thanks to Gemma Scott who helped ensure the event was smooth with minimal disruptions and great communication. On the day all the staff were very attentive and helpful, quick service and the food and drinks were very good. We will certainly want to look at this on an annual basis. Thank you to the whole team at Keith Prowse from the team at Vallum Associates.

We had a wonderful time at the HSBC Championships women’s tournament at Queen’s Club. Sophie Watson at Keith Prowse was incredibly helpful - we greatly appreciated her flexibility with scheduling and her suggestions about which hospitality booking would work best for us. She is so easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We also got amazing seats and enjoyed food and drinks at the Club Lounge.

Great venue, atmosphere and hospitality. Was an enjoyable day.

A day out for me and my Dad in the Warwickshire Suite at Edgbaston has become an annual event. This is in no small part down to the excellent attentive service afforded to us by the staff on the day.

Excellent day at The Lock Twickenham, the experience surpassed all our expectations it was an incredibly well organised hospitality suite. The staff were professional and friendly making everyone feel at ease and that nothing was too much trouble.

Had a fantastic day where pretty much everything was perfect - everyone had a great time - thank you….and even got the right result at the match :)

It was a well organised hospitality package delivering very good food and refreshments. The seats were well positioned and the staff efficient and friendly.

I write reviews very infrequently but on this occasion really wanted to highlight the helpfulness, understanding, kindness, tact and efficiency of Sophie Watson, (Senior Client Services Manager) in helping a first time Keith Prowse booker navigate the system and bring to fruition a booking that the online system was close to defeating with this particular client.
Keith Prowse are lucky to have an employee of this calibre - a wonderful ambassador for the company.

Customers really enjoyed the food and wine quality. The waiters and waitresses were amongst the most polite and educated I have ever experienced and had great personalities. The Michelin chef coming to the table was a nice touch. Seats were good, overall a great day.

I have been attending your hospitality for a number of years now. More and more I notice cut backs on what could be seen as the little things, like REF links, Programmes. Also cheese board and slowness of offering drinks.

Absolutely fantastic day all around from the minute we got there until the minute we went home. Will definitely be using Keith Prowse again for future events.

It has to be said the amazing 'Katy Hawes', fabulous service and a pleasure to deal with!

Great atmosphere, good quality food, nice informal facility and good view of pitch.

Good seats - but the rose room is overcrowded - like quotes for food and toilets
