Kellaways are a great supplier of all things you need from a builders merchant and I have used them quite a few times and wouldn't go anywhere else personally.
From the order process, to the delivery of goods, all runs very smoothly and if there is ever any problem, they sort it out quickly with no quibbles at all.
The delivery drivers are always very helpful too (especially Darren with the big muscles) and Collette and her fellow team members are very accommodating when ordering.

We used Kellaways bathroom store to refurb two bathrooms. There was lots on display in what is not a huge showroom. We were able to see an example of nearly everything we bought. Staff were very helpful and products supplied suited our needs and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

I ordered on 30th November

2nd Nov board snapped on truck and returned

3rd Nov nothing in stock

7th Nov I had to call to find out that the truck broke down and wouldn't make, it promised delivery early morning 9th Nov

9th Nov i call again told board not in stock again! and driver was collecting and dropping on didn't arrive till 3pm. Not ideal and not worth the £20 delivery charge.

I bought two dumpy bags ( tonne ish each ) of South Cerney stone . KBS were easy to deal with . Good price on the web, phone call next day to agree delivery date . Product delivered in two large bags and placed on my drive exactly where I wanted it . Driver very friendly, polite and helpful .
All round pretty perfect service . Product looks great .

I was looking for a specific plywood board and after searching online, I found Kellaway offering the same board nearly £50.00 per board cheaper than anyone else, I paid online and received a phone call the next day telling me when it would be delivered and the best time for me.
The chap rang me as requested, met me at the property on time and helped me unload the boards.
All the staff I have dealt with have been polite and professional and above all.....helpful..!

Service at the branch was fine, just need to sort the website so that customers can't order items for collection that aren't actually stocked at that branch. i.e. ordered 4.8m CLS ('in stock') for collection from Horfield - only to be told later (after I had paid & completed the purchase) they only keep 4.8m at Swindon. Made do with an alternative.

Good and friendly service good quality merchandise

Service is dreadful. Delivery due last Friday,did not appear. Phoned them Saturday morning to be told the van broke down and they only had skeleton staff. Promised a call Monday to resolve...no one called. Phoned them again today and was told delivery on it's way. Get home to find only one length of timber delivered!!! No pvc or fixings!!! Total joke.

I ordered some timber for a small DIY project. Website easy to use. Shop did a Good follow up after I ordered, confirming my order and giving options for delivery slot. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. I would recommend kellaway.
