We bought our 2nd Maltshi pup Tilly on Easter Monday 2026.
We recently lost Daisy who we purchased 12yrs ago from Kelly’s….
We were not disappointed on this visit as the staff, facilities & overall experience again was 5 stars!
A big thank you to Michelle who helped me take two puppies outside to show my disabled husband in the car….
Great service….. 5 stars!
Tilly is settling into her new home nicely & her recent check up at my local vets says she’s in tip top condition & a happy, healthy chilled out pup for her first visit ☺️
Glad we came here!
Our dog Joxer sadly passed away on the 21st Feb and it was a terrible shock because it was so sudden. We didn't really want another dog but after 30 years plus of having a dog in the house we decided to have another. We had heard about Kellys Kennels and decided to go and have a look. There were beautiful happy excited puppies of various breeds all wanting to be loved and taken home . We picked a Cockapoo and asked to watch him out of his pen , he was very affectionate and playful. The pens were all clean with water and the puppies all looked happy and healthy. We decided to take him home and he has been a lovely addition to our home, he is learning quite quickly and is full of fun, he zooms round the garden loving the hedges and bushes, he has taken to his harness very well and sleeps all night! Kelly was very informative and helpful and there is lots of information in the pack you receive. Our vet was very happy with him and he has no problems. Thank you so much for our little Buddy!
Absolutely avoid
Absolutely avoid. The dogs come from Irish puppy farms, supporting a brutal and exploitative industry. No genuine animal lover should buy from such a place. The owners should be ashamed from profiting from such cruelty.
This is a puppy farm - avoid!
This is a puppy farm! Please do your research (there's another big expose that's come out linking them to Hamilton Farm, who supply them with puppies). If you have any love for animals you will not go here.

Puppy Farm selling dying crossbreeds as designer dogs.
Puppy farm selling sickly and dying puppies bred from abused farmed dogs in Ireland that are bred to breaking point. Absolutely do not buy a dog from ANY breeder who doesn’t allow litters to be seen with their mothers.
Do you really want to buy from a puppy farm?
When we got our very first dog from Kelly's, I'd never heard of the phrase "puppy farm", but now that I have learned more about what they are, I am convinced that is exactly what Kelly's are. We weren't allowed to see our pup's mother, and they had all sorts of different breed of puppies in a pen together. When we brought our puppy home, she was quite ill for a while.
It makes me so sad to think of all those poor dogs just kept for breeding and I wish I had been better informed before buying from them. I would never buy from any puppy farm again, and urge anyone thinking of getting a dog to please look at all those beautiful ones waiting for a home in the various re-homing centres. And yes, there are plenty of pure bred and "designer" dogs just waiting for a forever home, as well as the gorgeous mixed breeds. I must admit, I am shocked to see that Kelly's are still getting away with running such an awful business.
My little dog "Charlie" (Tatty Teddy)…
My little dog "Charlie" (Tatty Teddy) was born a very healthy
dog on the 16/11/2011, at Kelly's Kennels.
He was a Lhasa Apso x Jack Russell. We came to Kelly's Kennels partly because I lived in Croft as a kid, up until 1983, when I moved out of the area, so was looking for a dog from the Croft area. As an Autistic person I am quite sentimental. It was love at first sight for us when we were introduced
to him, with his big brown eyes, ginger fur and he looked so cute. He had a life of being pampered by us and helped our Autistic
son as an emotional support dog. We were looking forward to celebrating his 14th birthday with him
, but sadly he died yesterday, 27/09/2025 after battling cancer.

Oh it's shocking!
I came along here today just to take a nosey at what dogs we had in.. surely enough we had the Shorkies 🥰 but sadly no males or any with Yorkie coat/different colours. I swear with the reviews you'd half expect them to be malnourished, under fed, unhealthy, a big farmhouse where the dogs were putting out 24/7 in terrible conditions you get the idea. I found the opposite. I found a cute little medium sized room with the dogs in. They were very clean, healthy and happy pups. I'll be back.

Iv been reading the reviews regarding Kelly's kennels as I'm looking for a puppy , in doing so Iv learnt an awfull lot regarding puppy farms , I'm quite alarmed that they are able to keep up to 300 "mothers "which I believe are in Ireland and the puppies brought over to UK. For profit making, Iv looked at the older puppies which I was very interested in and yes they are beautiful and look well cared for , however my concern was for the mothers . Iv seen the lovely photos from the kind people who have bought their puppies who again are beautiful , I just ask people to PLEASE also think of the mothers who I believe the public are not able to see ,
Cockapoo
I bought a Cockapoo from here who is 2 in October, Millie is amazing such a good dog with no issues. She had a hernia which I got fixed when she was neutered and Kelly Kennels was brilliant they paid for this to get fixed and informed me before I bought her, staff was very friendly and helping as this was my first dog and best decision I made

How beautiful the puppies are
I recently bought two puppies from Kelly’s Kennels. Both are incredibly amazing and beautiful. One is a cavapoochon, and she’s just so sweet, friendly, and loves cuddles. My other is a cavachon, and she’s the perfect companion. They get on great with each other and love going on walks and meeting other dogs. Both of them are just beautiful.

HAD TO PUT OUR 7 MONTH PUPPY TO REST…
HAD TO PUT OUR 7 MONTH PUPPY TO REST AFTER GENETICAL KIDNEY DISEASE - AVOID KELLYS KENNELS AT ALL COSTS!
We purchased a beagle from Kellys Kennels back in August, on arrival the kennels was busy with 2 young girls working on this day. Families and couples picking up dogs with no signs of patrolling of the staff and asking if anyone is okay just a free for all. After seeing an amazing quiet beagle at the back of his kennel being the last of his litter we fell in love with him. Asked further questions about the pup to be lied to about his age being 5 weeks older than we got told when getting home, NOT BEING ALLOWED TO SEE MUM and no questions based on are we fit to own a dog we was allowed to just pay and walk away within less than an hour. Yes these are red flags looking back but as a young couple with high emotions and being our first dog in our first home it didn't cross our minds. The following day he was riddled in eat mites which he was put on medication for. Every check at the vets we was told he is progressing amazingly with his health and weight. We treated him like a literal child the most spoilt and cared for pup you could imagine, changing our way of life to grow our little pup.
Until 2 months went by when he became ill he got rushed to the vets then onto petmedics hospital to stay over for 3 nights. We got called in to find out our pup had genetical kidney disease and they are trying everything they can to help save the virus he has caught from having kidneys like a 12 year old dog. If he survived he would have bigger change of life with foods and risk of muzzle to make sure he doesn't eat anything of the floor on walks or home due to the fact his kidneys do not have the same lining which helps eliminate toxins which then causes him to shut down. He came home after the 3 nights but no signs of improvement with no eating or movement, he slept so much compared to his shallow 7/8 hours being such an energetic pup. Within a few days he was back in staying for a further 3 nights, then we got the call that it's end of life. A vet bill of over £8,000 luckily insurance helped towards this but didn't help that we have had to put our puppy down less than 3 months of purchasing from Kellys Kennels.
On Kellys Kennels terms and conditions it states 'good health' - means a condition of health free of parasites and hereditary disorders and physical condition. This wasn't the case with our pup.
To find out later this kennel is linked to the puppy breeding farm in Fivemiletown in northern Ireland is heartbreaking to say its a money scam! To put making money before puppies health and families love for these pups is unbelievable, to say they make millions of pounds a year and behind close doors they are breeding 300+ dogs in tiny kennels sent over on wagons to the UK is sickening. Yes 5+ years ago families got dogs what are healthy and living a great life but since before covid their minds have changed the love for dogs have changed for money.
Please please do your research now! We are still very proud to give him the best quality of life in such a short period of time rather than him suffering quietly in them rotten kennels!
People say it's your own fault for funding these puppy farms which we wasn't aware of but after our experience we are now spreading awareness to STAY AWAY from Kelly's Kennels.

It’s morally wrong to buy from this N.Ireland puppy farm
Do not buy from here unless you want to encourage puppy farming, because they are a 300 kennel licensed puppy farm in Ireland, shipping over hundreds of cut price dogs. You will never see the mother (absolutely essential) although they will show you a photo of some random dog of the same breed, nor the conditions in which they are bred in Ireland. Go to a proper breeder where you can see the puppies with their mother. Yes, you may get a healthy dog from here but there are reviews on here which show this is not always the case. I almost bought a puppy from here, placed a deposit, but the next morning when I had read reviews I pulled out. I could not buy from a puppy farm. Deposit not returned as I had signed a form! I later found a good breeder who had the mother and father at home with the puppies. Yes, I paid a lot more for a kc registered dog but I know where it has come from and my conscience is clear that I have not encouraged another puppy farm. Please think before you buy from here.
Google Warrington guardian’s article on puppy farming September 2024 and BBC’s documentary
In reply to the comment below- I visited the kennels (near Warrington) on the 8th May and spent an hour there, paid a deposit on a puppy but pulled out. So my review is not from someone who has never visited you, unless you are referring to your 300 kennels in N. I. Yes, they are licensed in Northern Ireland to breed 300 puppies. Is that where you really want your puppy to come from, without seeing it with it's mother?

Avoid like the plague
Purchased our bocker (beagle/cockerspaniel) puppy from here in January 2022. Fell in love with him and his brother when we first seen them. We have always had dogs our last being a husky (who are very hard to train) who passed away in 2020 so we felt ready to welcome a new dog into the house. He was fine at first like a normal playful puppy but at about 6 months old he became super aggressive and it was like a switch turned in him and he wouldn’t know what was going on himself. When we took him to the vets and explained how he was and they asked where he’d been purchased from they instantly told us it’s a puppy farm. We also contacted the dogs trust to see if they could offer us training (which they did but it didn’t work) and they also told us Kelly’s kennels was a puppy farm. Over the 2 years we had Reggie he got progressively more aggressive to the point we couldn’t have visitors in the house. We changed his food as per instructions from the vet to see if it was a gastro issue, we had blood tests completed but couldn’t find a resolution. Eventually at the beginning of 2024 after discussions with the vets and between our family we decided the best thing for Reggie was for him to be put to sleep as we believe he had a neurologically issue and it was clear he wasn’t in a good state of mind most of the time. (This is a very very long story short).
If you type Kelly’s kennels into google there are plenty of reports/panorama documentaries about where they bread their puppies in Northern Ireland. Yes they might be above board here but they are importing dogs from NI who are just breeding machines tho them to make money and sending puppies under 8 weeks old over here away from their mums.
Looking back it was completely obvious when we arrived this was a puppy farm - mum wasn’t available to be seen with the puppies she was brought round (looking super tired and was obvious she’d literally just given birth so I would question if she was even our puppy mum as he was meant to be 10 weeks old).
Mums should be in with the puppies! Number 1 red flag!!
There shouldn’t be that many different puppies available for sale, how do they keep track of them all or make sure they are all fed properly etc when there are only a few members of staff- another red flag!
& it’s funny how all the positive 5* reviews of recent are those who’ve had their dogs for years and are very happy with them - clearly set up if you ask me!
I don’t doubt some of the puppies will live long healthy and happy lives however, it’s completely unethical what they are doing and in our poor Reggie’s case we chose to put him out of his misery before he got any worse and I’ve seen numerous similar cases. Like I said we’ve always had dogs, hard to train dogs be it that and never ever had a dog or even come across a dog who acted how Reggie did. It was super sad to watch an animal deteriorate as he did and look so confused not knowing what he was doing when he was attacking us.
If vets and the likes of dogs trust say this place is a puppy farm then it’s quite clear that it is!!
Do not buy a dog from here, it’s us purchasing from these places keeping them in business!
I’d also like to note it was clear from the member of staff we spoke to when purchasing that it was a suspicious place , she kind of warned us not to purchase but we fell in love to completely disregarded what she said!

Visited the kennels on two previous occasions to get a feel for the organisation and the breeds on offer, The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming and the puppies looked in good health, I purchased a cavapoo and have to say he is absolutely adorable, He was a bit timid at first which is normal in new surroundings but within a few hours was playing with our cat.
Was given a comprehensive puppy pack and safe in the knowledge I could contact them with any questions, I am very pleased with my purchase from them.

Please do avoid this place
Please do avoid this place. They try to fool you by claiming they care about their pups while breeding them by the hundreds in one of the largest vile puppy farms in Northern Ireland if not Europe. Money grubbers taking advantages of loopholes in the legislation and people's naivety, do not contribute to animals suffering by buying puppies from them .
