Can not say enough positive things…
Can not say enough positive things about Kelsy living, have been so attentive and quick in all response, not only when first enquiring about the property my but any issues afterwards.
Property is at a high standard and have be so happy that we are there.
Could not recommend there services enough, and if you see one of there properties just get it, you won’t regret it.
Can only hope now for a long relationship and stay at the property

Highly Recommend
Both, Kelly and Simon were always very quick and happy to find a solution to any issue.
I had the pleasure of living in one of their rooms for 12 months and I honestly cannot complain. Everything from booking a viewing, to leaving the property, was fast, professional and friendly.
The house itself was immaculate, modern and very convenient for co-living and they really went above and beyond to ensure that all the tenants were comfortable and happy.
Thank you for restoring my faith in landlords!

A personable and helpful company
Kelsyliving went to a lot of effort to make their residents feel welcome and were readily available for any questions we had, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Having all bills included in my rent was very helpful for my financial planning and the regular cleaning of the communal facilities was really useful. The only criticism I would have was that the washing machines relied on having exact change, which was quite inconvenient - this was removed during the Covid-19 pandemic, and this was a welcome change that I would like to stay. I would highly recommend Kelsyliving and enjoyed my sixth-month stay with them.

Highly recommended
A lovely well kept house. The garden room during my 9 month stay was comfortable and spacious, as a newly refurbished property it has been completed to a high standard. Having garden furniture with the room and a partition makes for a nice private space to sit in the sun. The area is very quiet and has nice surroundings with friendly neighbours. There is plenty of available parking with the option to park on road or on the driveway.
The landlords are very accommodating and happy to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.
