It's and amazing thing to receive tutorials from someone I view as one of our greatest living master artists. One major thing I think should be addressed is the video quality of the course. Being able to see fine details is a MUST in a course like this and the video quality of the first eye video leaves some to be desired. Lastly it would be nice to get more thorough descriptions of the tools he uses to include possibly where they can be purchased. A "hard" or "soft" brush doesn't help someone who needs to purchase and knows nothing about brush types.

Kelvin has been the biggest inspiration in my art in the last 6 years since I discovered his work. I’ve had to study his work from afar because I live in Canada. I have learned a lot from just observation. Having this is literally having gold and I really appreciate his insight and genius.

This course beyond blew my mind! I have always been apprehensive with utilizing charcoal, but Kelvin’s techniques are so user friendly. There is such grace in the way he creates, he is truly an inspiration.

The "basic course" is misleading and appears only to exist in order to create a perception of higher value to the advanced course. It is not a course at all, has zero instructional material or guidance, simply it is a video and should be advertised as such. Kelvin does his best on the video to give indications but other than that it is left raw. I would suggest supporting documents or practice work sheets and pop ups on the video to show what materials are being used at each moment would go some way to making this into a justified product offering. A good start but the business needs to focus more on customer experience. Kelvin is extremely talented but this is a competitive market and his mystique will not generate repeat sales on its own. Can't wait to see what this evolves into as time passes and wishing the best of success to the team.

Everything exceptional, I miss subtitles in different languages (Spanish) for people who do not know English.
