Had our solar panel system installed in March. Great company. No high pressure sales technique. Joseph was our contact throughout. He was quick to male changes and happy to answer questions. We received a detailed proposal (well 2 cos we changed our minds) with a full breakdown of costs. We paid our deposit in January and were made aware of the lead times. I had leave from work booked off and they helpfully worked around my dates. Scaffolders, electricians, roofers all turned up when they were due. All were very tidy and polite. Had an issue with the battery but this was fixed via the manufacturer and not anything to do with Kembla. We also added an Eddi and bird proofing during the install - nothing was too much trouble. Very happy customers

What an informative, professional and responsive company. New PV array and batteries - all went super smooth and we optimised the system for the home. Electricians, roofers and the Kembla sales and project staff were excellent - could not ask for more. Highly recommend.

Excellent, prompt and professional service. From the start of surveying and quoting to the installation and set up Kembla was quick and efficient. We were kept informed, and the installation was adapted to our needs. Our system is up and running well, and we have been talked through the installation. Daniel has been very good at communicating with us.

Kembla installed my Solar Edge system just over a year ago and its has been great since. I have had a few small niggles since the install but throughout the whole process Kembla always answered the phone, called me back and rectified the situation long after I paid my final invoice.

We booked Kembla to retrofit a battery to our existing solar system. Throughout the process the company has been really easy to deal with, communication has been good and despite terrible weather and the internet going down the battery and associated products were fitted with minimal impact on us and a neat finished job. From initial contact to the aftercare we have received we have been impressed by the company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kembla Ltd are the nearest solar company and proved to be the right choice.
Contacted them in June 2022 gave them the budget and asked for a in-roof installation of solar pv system with battery. They came back with a quote which was in line with my expectations that I had researched – Sadly delays in getting the battery and inverter due to shortages nationwide it was completed in October 2022 and I was kept well informed during this period.
Installed over 2 days and has been working well, and then given a handover pack 28 days later with all the paper work with insurance and guarantees etc.
I found Kembla Ltd a very Professional Company through out. I have nothing but praise and I found them customer focused, excellent communication via email, WhatsApp and phone. We had a stress free experience and would highly recommend them.

I first looked at PV panels a few years ago but then a competent affordable battery wasn't a proposition but that's all changed now. Things have moved out of the early adopter piece-meal stage to fully integrated solutions from the likes of Solaredge. So, having got over that particular hurdle your next challenge is who can I choose to supply install and support my solution. Well you can do as I did and spend months learning about the business in depth and talking to various suppliers or cut all that out and go straight to Kembla. Why, you might ask? Well renewables are a little like personal computers in the 1980's, whole new terminology and lots of fly-by-nights telling you how simple it all is. It isn't. You need a firm that has in-depth experience, does commercial and domestic, produces a fully comprehensive costed proposal and documentation and is fully resourced beyond that of two men in a van. That's why I chose Kembla and you should consider them too. (this is a non-sponsored review)

We have been very happy with our Solar panels. Jo was easy to work with. He kept his word on deadlines or kept us informed if there was a delay. Kembla was the one company who came back promptly with answers for all queries. The installation went very smoothly with competent, friendly and considerate guys. I've recommended Kembla to others in the village.

I'd been considering solar for a number of years but it didn't seem to stack up. Since the introduction of battery storage and the increase in energy costs I felt it was the right time.

Think of your battery's like a water butt where you're storing water to use later when it's dry and no sign if rain. Simply put store your solar in the day and use it at night, any left over the grid will pay you for.

Kembla are local to me and came recommended by a friend, I usually like to go this route. After Jack and Joe visited to check out my requirements and the roof orientation etc they sent me a quote within 24 hours for 3 solutions. I went with the middle quote where each panel works autonomously giving a reliable supply of energy.

Here we are one month later, it took just one day to install, plus the hour or so previously to put up the scaffolding. The team are lovely guys who know there stuff. Dan the electrician was fantastic in laying out the system. You don't even lose power to the house during install, i assumed the powered would have to go off!

It's late April as I write and I've been basically self sufficient in electricity every day. That includes a few loads of washing, running the dish washer and cooking two meals a day. I'm sure that won't be the case in December but with prices as they are free electrons are very appealing!

Many thanks to Declan, Sam and the team for a brilliantly easy process that went unbelievably smoothly. Day one scaffold, day two panels, day three electrical installation and commissioning, day 4 scaffold removed! The team answered phone calls and offered me a choice of products to install rather than push me towards what suited them, unlike the first PV company I contacted... So far the system has generated 50% of our electrical needs in the short days of January which is fantastic. Brilliant company that listened more than talked, can't recommend enough!

We had a 4 kw solar PV system installed on our garage. The guys did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble . They even resolved our existing earthing issue.
Joe is a really nice person to deal with.
The system works so well and the I boost and buddy give us loads of hot water.

Would definitely recommend Kembla. We had an EV charge point installed which also required the installation of an additional consumer unit. Efficient and extremely tidy. Kept us informed throughout the whole process and was very competitive with price.

Declan and his team were excellent from the start to the completion of the project. I was kept informed throughout the whole process from initial quotation to the completion of the installation. Everything went well with the installation, which took. less than a day. The SolarEdge system we’ve had installed is easy to manage - via a very useful smart app - and gives realtime data on the systems performance and where the energy is going. Finally, the follow up service by KEMBLA means they will be monitoring my system to analyse the data over time enabling us to get the best use from our system.

Solar panels are a significant investment, so it is important to get a good assessment of your energy needs with a trustworthy supplier. Kembala have been brilliant from the point of assessment through to installation. They answered all of our queries with a smile on their face and delivered great customer service throughout. Highly recommended.
