I was highly disappointed with the quality of the bra. The cup size chart was not accurate. I wear a "D cup", the sizing chart does not have a choice of cup sizes. I ordered a 3XL, which is the size the chart indicated I should order. The cup size in the bra was very small, possibly fitting an A cup. The quality of material and construction of the bra was very poor. There are so many things the manufacturer would need to do to have the bra be somewhat acceptable. I would avoid this product all together if you are any larger than a B cup.

They took money from my account and never mailed the bras. I contacted customer service 3 times and kept getting emails saying they were taking care of it but this has been two and half months now, no money returned and no shipment. I reported to BBB.

The Comfy Corset Bra Front Cross Side Buckle is poor quality, does not offer any support. The advertising is deceiving. The sizing guide is a joke. I wear a size 38DD and bought 3XL according to their chart. There is absolutely NO support. It’s not worse than a leisure bra. The material feels like that of pantyhose. They refused to refund me because there was no defect and offered 10% refund. The fine print should be clearly indicated when ordering.

I ordered 4 bras. 2 are 3x and fit fine, 2 are 2x and I don't try them since I barely fit into the 3x (I am currently working on losing weight, so I knew I could eventually use them.) The problem lies with the 2 blue bras I purchased, one in each size. The beige bras have nice, smooth padding and I will actually be able to wear them. The padding on the blue bras is defective and makes me look like I have deformed breasts. I sent the company pictures and they claim that it's not a defect. They are obviously scammers, because anyone looking at the bras can see that they are defective. I wish I had read the reviews before making this purchase. This has to be one of the worst companies ever.

Well, I'm in the same boat as all the others. I failed to read the return policy, and I am now stuck with two ridiculously low quality, ill-fitting 'bra's that I will end up donating or using as rags. What a waste of money! They are NOTHING like they portray in their ads. Next time I will definitely do more research on returns before I throw my money overseas.
Kendally, PLEASE do not respond with some useless 'gift'. I'd like nothing better than to forget you exist.

This company is a total sham. Such poor quality, and you do not get a refund. I will throw the bras in the trash and mark it up to lesson learned. I hope everyone thinking of ordering this stuff will think again.

Placed my order first part of September, I just received the items. They are not as advertised, inferior material, do not fit the way the pictures show, demonstrations do. I read the return policy and have decided to keep them to avoid any more dealings with this company. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Not a good experience. I ordered two bras and when they came they were way too small. I asked to send them back and had to take pictures of the product and the label and send to them. Then I get an e-mail stating it would be too expensive to send them back to Asia and they would offer me a 15% refund. Will definately read reviews before I purchase off

The bra is not as advertised. They are ill fitting and have no support. They will not take returns...don't throw your money away.

I bought two of the kendally bras. They are terrible. Do not buy them! The pads are lumpy and the support is a joke. I tried to get a refund as soon as the package arrive and I tried them on. The refund was denied because the bras weren't damaged. Maybe not damaged but they weren't made as shown on the website or in the pictures. FALSE ADVERTISING!

I ordered 2 of their bras at the same time a white and a black!!! The black arrived but took forever!!!! I still haven't received the white one 8t has been months since ordered!!!! Now trying to get my money back we'll they say I have so many hours to cancel,how is this apply if I HAVEN'T EVEN RECIEVED IT YET!!!! Piece of s^#@ company and sizes run small!!! Don't order from this company!!!
Discussed and disappointed!

Ordered bras in August and did not receive them until October. I ordered according to their size chart. They did not fit, the bands that criss-cross did not connect right. Contacted them, they stated basically so sad too bad!!! Thank you for giving us your money, we are NOT giving it back. But go to this link and we will give you a free gift...OMG REALLY! I wish I would had looked at the reviews prior to ordering 5 bras. How can a company that sell clothing get away with this practice. They are not a brick and mortar building and there customers are stuck with their size charting, which apparently is wrong. So when you try to return them because of that reasoning, you cannot.

I received all 5 Bra's the same size yet non of them fit at all the same. None of them fit like the advertised description, the lace doesn't fit or stretch over your boobs like the picture shows.... Scam!!!! Then you tell them and they will not refund you anything even though it's their flaw of a design... Do not order Kendally Bra's Scam Scam Scam /// I wish I would have read more reviews before ordering because they warned me and I didn't listen. Don't be scammed, stay away!

Complete and total crap. They won't return it because they know it's crap. I dislocated my shoulder and can't pull the bra over my head like that and they didn't make it clear that it doesn't latch in the back. Furthermore, they do NOT fit as shown in the ad. Run don't walk away!!

Ordered black and beige. Received black and PINK! Also ordered up two sizes to XXL. These would barely fit my 6 year old skinny granddaughter. took over a month to receive.

I have just received my order, and I am disgusted. These bras are of extremely poor quality, not at all what I expected. I have reached out to begin the return/refund process, but after reviewing their return policy I am afraid I will be stuck with a bunch of bras that I will never wear. Going forward I will order from more reputable companies.

I ordered my bra on 09/10/23 and IM STILL WAITING FOR IT! I wish I would have seen these reviews BEFORE ordering.

There’s no customer service whatsoever ever besides asking for more patience. I’m disgusted by this place. They know what they are doing. And now I hear the bras are extremely uncomfortable?!!

Don’t buy from these people, I urge everyone who’s had a bad experience with them to report them to the better business bureau. There’s powers in numbers. It’s obvious they do not care abt customer service. They don’t deserve to be in business, bc this is no way to run one.

But don’t buy these bras. It’s been 37 days and I’m still waiting for mine.

I FINALLY received my order today, Oct. 14, 2023, a month after ordering! I had tried to track or contact them each week, no communication.
I ordered a 6X since usually mail order runs small. My normal size is 3X, 48C.
The bra is poorly made. The insert pads are all folded over and show bad under a shirt. The width was perfect size, but the length from the shoulder straps to the armpit is way too long. Can sew and fix both of those things, but not the next...The worst problem, that I can't fix, is that it does not hold up your boobs! Really is false advertisement.
I will send this back, but not sure if or when I'll get a refund!

Do Not Buy these bras! The material is so cheap I wouldn’t make doll clothes out of it. They do not produce the desired or marketed effect at all. What a waste of money. Just try getting a refund.

I echo what everyone else has written. The items I ordered did not arrive and the time promise. The tracking number they sent didn’t work. The bras are extremely uncomfortable, I’ll fitting and really just cheap. Also they aren’t sized correctly. When I reached out to customer service, I had to try three or four times and it took about 10 days for them to respond. And they refused a refund. Just kept emailing me back-and-forth with ridiculous excuses. I would never buy another product of any kind, bras or otherwise, from this company.
