Order lost and quantity of the bras was beyond bad. No fit for large breasted women. When I requested a refund I got the runaround and then was told the bras had to be shipped back to London, England. The business I ordered from is located in Delaware. This lesson in bad business cost me $67. They offered me a 20% off credit on future purchases or a 10% refund.

The product did arrive, 8 weeks later. The bra is not the size I ordered. There is no labeling on it at all. Shabby workmen ship. My granddaughter who is 7 yrs old, could of made a better one. It looks like someone threw this together in a basement or someone's back room. I want a full refund. Plus there was no return address on the mailing bag or any receipt inside. Very poor . Sandra Zero stars! I want my refund!!!! They haven't put any of these reviews on their website.

Save your money. Bra offers no support whatsoever. It's like wearing a t-shirt. The design is NOTHING like what's shown on the website. In addition, it takes several weeks for the order to arrive.

Now I've gotten an email from Trustpilot saying my review might be taken down unless I provide additional information about my purchase. WHY?? I provided Kendally with the date (10/14/2023) AND order number (#KEND-293227) of my purchase. This purchase was REAL and the product is AWFUL!! Don't you dare remove my review!!!

The bras are flimsy and offer no support! In addition, they're apparently made and ship from CHINA! It took over 2 months to get the order and they are NOT 100% satisfaction guaranteed as their commercial touts! I pissed away $50 as they will not refund my money. Do not waste your money on their garbage. Will also advise Paypal that they should stop doing business with them.

This is a really poorly made design.
The bra I received doesn't come close to what is advertised. I ordered based on their sizing guideline and received a flimsy, poorly made bra. The fabric is not thick enough to provide even minimal support over the shoulders. The cross straps are thin elastic material that rolls into a cord because it isn't thick enough to stay in a supportive state. The shaping cups are free to float around and provide minimal shaping.
The company only covers returns if there is a manufacturing defect, not for their overall bad design and poor quality manufacturing.
They don't care about customer satisfaction at all.
Their offer for remedy was a 10% refund on the purchase price with no return.
Save your money and time.

This company is a scam. I ordered in September. I have not received anything, not even a message back. Byers be we're.

This company can improve by going out of business! What a scam! Wish I had known about these morons before I purchased the cheapo bra that doesn't fit! When I contacted the company and asked to return it, they tried to say it was MY fault for ordering the wrong size! And if I returned it I would have to pay to return it to ASIA and it would cost more than what I paid for it. They need to be put out of business! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES!!! All they did was offer a 30% discount on a second bra! Like I was going to pay more money for another cheap piece of crap that don't fit! They should be put in jail for ripping people off!!

I am disappointed in the quality of this product. They should be liable for false advertising. This product does not do what it claims. I jumped through hoops, following all of the directions for a return. Come to find out they offered me a 15% refund. No thank you! Please just take your product back and give me a FULL refund.

I ordered a month ago, received confirmation and have not received a product or a refund. The company will not answer the number on the website and will not respond to the numerous correspondence sent. What a ripoff! I guess that is on me!

The first bra I brought was way too long in the straps.

I was told by customer service that they would send me another bra and I could donate the one I had to someone.

The second bra sent did not have a size in it, and it is so small it would fit a child.

I would not recommend purchasing this bra at all.

SAVE YOUR MONEY... The material is very cheap and does not match the advertisement. I believe this is a scam company. They will respond via email, however forget getting a refund on this product. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered such a cheap product. BUYER BEWARE

They deserve zero stars but that’s not possible, please read their return policy carefully, if I had I would not be out $36. The bras are worthless pieces of crap. Please do not waste your money .

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. This is by far the worse bra I've EVER purchased. The ad is so deceiving! Cheap item from China. NO support at all and size is so not true to info. BEWARE!!!

Wow I wish I read these reviews before I ordered!! This is a scam company. Do not order from them. Read all the reviews these bras are ridiculous. They’re defective, and they do not do fit any body let alone mature women. they’re not worth a dime of your money. I hope this company goes out of business. I will definitely report them to Facebook and Instagram so they can no longer scam anymore people!!!
