Useless and pointless customer services
Put in a purchase limit that coincidently falls 2p below their free delivery limit. Then want to charge £4+ to deliver.
Contact customers services to see if they can help regarding the 2p, particularly as I’ve ordered a few times before and they completely ignored the main point of my complaint. Useless

You’re absolutely right to flag how that looked at checkout. The purchase limit is only in place to help ensure as many families as possible have fair access to Ready-to-Feed, but we understand it shouldn’t leave customers feeling penalised on delivery.
I’ve checked this for you and we can see you didn’t go on to place an order where delivery was charged. We’ve also since updated the Ready-to-Feed basket limit to 3 packs, specifically to avoid this situation and allow customers to reach the free delivery threshold more easily.

I’ve used this product with both of my children and have found it to be the best to feed alongside my milk - it fills in the gaps! I usually buy from supermarkets for convenience but with the increased cost of formula at the minute buying directly from Kendamil is more cost effective & super speedy. So just as convenient as a supermarket shop without the added cost! Thank you

Kendamil pro comfort drops
We have been using the Kendamil pro comfort baby drops for a few weeks now. We ordered them after seeing reviews that it helped their little one’s constipation and eczema. Our baby would go 10+ days being constipated - since starting these he has had a bowel movement everyday . We have also seen an improvement in his eczema. Couldn't recommend more.

My baby switched from Aptamil (skeptical about the ingredients after the recall of some of the batches) to Kendamil and he likes it and is doing well with Kendamil :)

As a guide, we aim to fulfil orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, delivery can take up to 5 working days depending on the courier network.

Delivery was awful
Ordering from their website is easy, however issues start when it comes to delivery. The issues starting from my parcel (which had 2 products) where packed separately. Being unaware of this made understanding what was going on with the delivery very confusing. I was receiving Multiple emails from DPD, with different addresses for my delivery. Deliveries were attempted 4 times with me trying to communicate with customer service (who were helpful) but it was difficult with DPD. Once the packages finally arrived the boxes looked like they had been thrown around.
I won't be ordering from Kendamil again, it would have been quicker to go to the shop and buy in the end, which is a shame this order was ruined by their couriers rather than Kendamil themselves.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and I’m really sorry for the delivery experience you had. This is not the experience we want any customer to have at all, and I completely understand how frustrating and confusing this must have been.
Just to explain one part of what happened, some orders can arrive in more than one parcel. Different items are sometimes packed separately because they are different weights and sizes, and separating them helps prevent products from being damaged in transit. That said, you should have been clearly informed so you weren’t left trying to piece together what was happening from multiple courier emails.
I’m also very sorry to hear about the repeated delivery attempts and the condition the boxes arrived in. While we have limited control over the courier’s handling once parcels leave our warehouse, we work with DPD because they typically provide one of the highest standards of courier service in the UK, so it’s disappointing they didn’t meet that standard for you. I will be reporting your feedback directly to them.
You’ve already shared this with us through your Kendamil review, and if you would like to, you can also leave feedback directly with DPD about the conflicting emails, the multiple delivery attempts, and the parcel handling, as that helps ensure the issue is formally logged on their side as well.
Thank you again for letting us know, and I’m sorry this order was spoiled by the delivery experience.
