Wanted to update my review thank you Jo for all your assistance and resolving my issue. Customer service was absolutely brilliant 🤗
I had some issues with a delivery for a bundle but when contacted the customer service I was amazed by the professionalism offered by Honorine and ESPECIALLY Antony. He went to the bottom of the problem and made me realise that actually I was missing 2 products from my parcel instead of just 1 as I thought. I cannot recommend enough and after such care in the custom service department I have no doubts I'll buy more from Tommee Tippee.

I had a problem with my rapid cool bottle as digital screen stopped working after 2/3 weeks of using. I have contacted customer services of tommee tippee and within and hour or so I had a replacement been sent to me.
Quick and easy process, sent a video of an issue and proof of purchase. That was it!

I contacted Tommee Tippee's Parent Care team about an issue with my Trainer Straw Cup — after disassembling and steam sterilising the parts, air would get trapped inside and make it very difficult for my little one to drink through the straw.
The team were incredibly responsive and understanding. I spoke with Jude, Nick, and Andy, and all three were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. They promptly arranged a replacement cup for me, and even accommodated my request for the 12m+ version as my child has grown into that age range.
The whole process was smooth and stress-free. It's reassuring to know that Tommee Tippee stands behind their products and takes customer concerns seriously. Highly recommended!

I contacted Tommee Tippee customer service to enquire about spare parts for the insulated sportee cup as my grandson chews through them! Sadly they do not do spares for these cups, but may consider doing so in the future.
The customer service person was extremely helpful and sent me a link where I was offered a free bottle as a replacement as they could not supply me with spares for his cup. Could not fault their service and swiftness in sending this replacement out.

I had reason to contact Tommee Tippee today and like to give credit where it is due.
My call was answered promptly by Beverley who was absolutely lovely. She efficiently dealt with my problem and sent an email while I was speaking to her which resolved the matter. I can't thank her enough and will certainly be keeping an eye on Tommee Tippee products for my granddaughter

We bought the Dreamview monitor for our first baby. It’s a bit awkward with the wire and needs to be charged weekly but the sound and vision are very good. What I’m very disappointed in as that you can’t buy an extra camera to put in another room - you need to buy everything again. This seems like a moneygrab and very inconvenient for parents with more than one child.

We accidentally threw away some parts of my baby’s anti-Colic bottles.
Contacted the customer service and asked for replacement parts and they sent me new bottles. I couldn’t believe they help me and sent me new bottles.

Purchased the black out blind and around 7am I went into my sons room to take it down, heard a bang and due to the heat it’s cracked my window. Nothing was said about this even being a possibility. Strongly advise to everyone not to purchase.

I bought my breast pump 3 years ago never knowing i needed the right size flange as I've always used the ones it came with. Until I had my second child and I contacted them by chance to get assistance with getting the right size flange. I didnt have my receipt due to buying it in store but they sent me a couple of sizes to try, I wasnt expecting it as this is my first time contacting their customer service. But I should have known that they provide amazing service like their products. Im glad I am supporting them. I have tommee tippee baby products from breast pumps to nappy bins- even for my first child.
