This company is an absolute joke. I purchased this pump in Latvia, only to realize that the horn size does not fit my breast. When I contacted the support to order a different horn size, they answered that they cannot ship to my country. In this century how can that be a problem?! Do not purchase anything from this company.
Flange size completely wrong for me so unable to use and bought before baby arrives so unable to return
Pump seems like it would be really good to use. Does take a long time to charge up. Very easy to assemble. Tried to use it but the horn is far too big for myself which seems to be a common issue with this pump and I can't find anywhere to order inserts to put inside to make it fit properly for myself.
Hi, same problem for me.. Flange size far too big and unable to express anything!
Great little pump as a first time mum getting used to everything. All though I'm finding after a week it doesn't fit aswell and sometimes struggle to express. Are there any other size attachments for this?

Overall the product is okay but it doesn’t come with any other flange inserts and I’m not sure where I could buy it from
Suction is good, unfortunately flange size isn’t right for me and can’t find anywhere to purchase them
It's an amazing electric pump. I have used it for 2 weeks. But since last 4 days my nipple enlarges and hurts after I pump leaving a burning sensation. I guess the horn is too big for me. Excellent customer service from Tommee Tippee. As soon as I reached out to them they understood my problem and offered me horn of 17 mm and 19 mm free of cost. I received the delivery of the said horn the next day. Overall very happy with my experience.
After I left comment here about horn-that is too big and it's not comfortable to pump with it, Parent-Care Specialists reach out to me, very lovely lady, we sort it out in seconds,they send me size 17&19 flanges for free next day. Absolutely amazing, honestly I didn't expect that anything will happen after I left review. Very pleased and happy, Well done Tommee Tippee for customer service 😊
Horn is too big and hurts when I'm pumping,and I cant find anywhere Tommee tippee flanges to buy, other then that is not too bad pump!

Really disappointed - there are no flanges that fit the horn securely and properly and Tommee Tippee doesn’t even sell ones for their own product. If you do not put a flange onto it, it completely destroys your areola. Such an expensive product and I would expect the necessary accessories to be provided / available to purchase. Needing to purchase a different pump now but I’ve basically lost out the amount that this product cost.
Incredibly disappointed with this product. I purchased to express my milk while little one naps. I’m lucky if I get 30ml from both breasts combined! But when I use a manual pump (different brand) I express 60ml+ from each breast meaning 120ml+ combined!! Disappointing as I purchased this at £95 from a supermarket.
I'm really disappointed with this pump. It takes forever to charge, and the battery drains after just 2-3 uses. On top of that, it takes an incredibly long time to fill a bottle, whereas my Medela pump (which had to buy since this isn’t functioning as expected) could do it in just a couple of minutes. Honestly, it's a waste of money if you're considering buying this. I strongly recommend Medela breast pumps instead. Additionally, I purchased the baby nail care set, and when I opened it, I found small black hairs all over the items. It makes me wonder if Tommee Tippee is selling used products during their sales or Black Friday events.
I bought this for my wife at extortionate price at boots. The pump itself is okay but it takes forever to recharge and the battery doesn't last long. And USB type B to charge the pump itself at this day and age is absurd.
I brought this product from amazon as it was recommended by my friend. Unfortunately the the product didnt work for me as it was causing too much irritation and itchiness on my skin. I tried to return it but amazon wasnt accepting the return. I wasted my money
Great no issues , fed my baby exclusive breast milk via expressing for nearly 6 months thanks to this product
I have been using this pump for the last 2 months since my baby has been born however now the pump will not charge. I have tried having it plugged into the wall and use it but this is also not working. It only holds charge for a few minutes before cutting out again. Is this a faulty unit? Please can you assist as I have loved using it and have all the other accessories for this machine. Thanks
Really easy to clean and use. Comfortable and efficient.
Well where to start… I tried to use this pump several times and had nothing collected.. I was able to get 20 ml out from one and i had my boobies hurting me so badly for a few days i was not able even to breastfeed.. i dont recommend this product at all. I have bought a different pump from a different company and i was able to have 150ml of milk for the first go from only one side. I regret that i wanted to save money on breast pump and i have bought this product. Doesn’t work at all its just waist of time and money rather just pay an extra 100 bucks and get a proper breast pump what will last in a long run and do the job properly. Its just simply rubbish.. I’m so sad i can not even return it because I have bought it 2 months ago..
