Absolutely amazing customer service…

Absolutely amazing customer service representatives! The company is amazing and is very supportive, friendly and helpful. I love their products and cant wait to welcome our daughter with tommee tippee products!

The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent. I experienced a minor issue with my order from a third party. Upon contacting the company, they were very prompt in resolving my concern in a timely manner.

The most caring company

Going through the customer service contact with Tommee Tippee and having the chance to speak with parent-care specialist Beth was amazing. I’ve never truly felt such a caring customer service. The responses were prompt I swear within an hour of my initial email with my concerns for a product I had responded and before midday they’ve already sent a replacement product.

I’m so happy my son loves this company’s soothers, as it is such a wholesome feeling knowing a company cares for the safety of their customers.

Beth was very helpful, thorough with directions on finding batch numbers etc.. She really helped this mom feel good for the concerns.

Amazing customer service

Had a couple of people help me out Beth, Antony, Andy and Izzy and all I could say I am very happy with the customer service they provided! Tommee Tippee has always been my go to brand and never had and issue with the products up until now but the resolved the issue right away! Thank you!!

Super helpful customer service team.

Nicholas, Antony, Beth, & Izzy have been very helpful in getting me replacements pacifiers after discovering one was defective. i will 100% continue to use them with my babies.

Great customer service!

Their customer service is so responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond. We requested assistance finding replacement straws, since our toddler will only drink milk from their 360 cups. We not only got the replacements we needed but new cups as well. So incredibly thankful for their help!

I was having trouble finding the duck valve

I was having trouble finding the breast pump duck valve replacement and Anna was able to help me right away on the website. I gave her my contact information and she ordered the valve for me without taking any payment. I was surprised at how quick everything was taken care of and appreciated her service.

Their customer service out of the UK is absolutely phenomenal! Jo helped me and she is incredible. I have disabled kids who use specific cups exclusively, and Jo helped me find a way to replace the cups my kids have that are out of commission and they have issues using!

We love Tommee Tippee

We love Tommee Tippee. We have used these bottles and Sippy cups for my two youngest and they have been awesome. Super easy to use and easy to clean. My two year old ruined some valves for me so my only complaint is I wish I could order more but Diego at the HQ helped me out! Amazing customer service!

Kindness. Empathy Respect

When I called. I was heard and I felt the kindness in his voice., knowing that there are people that. Are willing to show empathy and understanding , it gave me ease and comfort
He was able to go above and help with my needs and took away. Some of the stress. We are experiencing. Wow. I even teared up when he said. Yes. I can . He was amazing. He should be teaching customer service. Classes. And he deserves a raise. From the moment he answered till we hung up I was impressed

I have had the best experience with customer service!

I have had the best experience with Tommee Tippee! I used the bottles for my daughter for a long time, she was obsessed and so excited each time she saw the bottle. I am so excited to use the same bottles for my new baby🩵 I wanted a specific kind and couldn’t find them so I reached out and they made it happen. Thank you so much!
