I bought the 2pk for my grand daughter. Hand washed them before letting her use them. Some how water got in between the 2 layers and here we are 2 weeks later. Water is still in between the layers. Cups are starting to stink and mold.
I bought the double cups for my two grandchildren and I washed them and put them back together as the instructions say but they do not work. Nothing comes out of the straws. Have tried several times disassembling and assembling and still do not work.
I recommend finding a different cup. This cup feels like sipping through a straw that has a hole in it. My toddler just ends up throwing it in frustration. I have watched videos to make sure I'm piecing it back together properly and I still can't get anything through the straw.
This sippy cup is a mess! The straw constantly leaks, leaving puddles on the floor and soaking into furniture. Even when it’s just sitting upright, liquid drips out. I bought this because we’ve used this brand before, but this one is a huge letdown. Definitely not spill-proof—save yourself the trouble and get a different cup!
Possible Choke hazard. I’m iffy about this cup. I really liked the idea of my kid having a straw cup instead of a traditional sip cup. It does drip out of the straw some. My biggest issue is my 1.5 year old was able to take it apart. This piece specifically comes off too easy and could be a choke hazard. My child immediately had it in his mouth. We had to get rid of the cups after this incident.
Overall the cup is great but it is not leaking and shake proof and is not bite resistant.
Horrible Cup. Straw is too short, the cover hits 2 year old nose. He tries to turn sideways to drink without it touching nose and no, no, no. Paid $8.00 for this cup at Walmart and it is horrible. Waste of money.

I'm not happy with this cup & it's the only cup Zaidyn will drink out of!! BUT IT LEAKS ALL THE TIME!! I paid $9 for it!! I'm not HAPPY!!

We’re sorry that your cup is leaking! Your cup will only leak if it is not assembled correctly, and the valve is designed to be 100% leak proof, so please make sure that the cup’s valve is assembled correctly (as per the instructions in the leaflet and also on our website here:

My 14 month old LOVES these cups! They are super easy to take apart and clean. Doesn’t leak! The water stays cold in this for a few hours. Would highly recommend!
