Spoke with a number of different people in customer service but never once had to repeat myself etc. I required replacement flanges parts which I was trying to source but could not and then team have supplied these free of charge and got it sorted all within 12 hours. Incredible!! Thanks team

Very pleasantly surprised with the help and support I received with the Tommee Tippee team, I was assisted by multiple customers service team members who asked questions that helped identify the problem which was the solved with replacement. Would highly recommend the products they offer as I know they work and if I have an issues the team will be there to help as well. What more could you ask for as a mum :)

I was looking for slow flow teats and spoke to Jo, who went above and beyond to help. I purchased tommee tippee bottles for my twins and been gifted two different brands of bottles. My twins are now two and half months old and they prefer two brands out of the three. Out of the three different brands I prefer the glass bottles by tommee tippee as they are perfect for day to day used, easy to clean and even easier to sanitise. Thanks Jo, really appreciate your help.

Highly disgusted with the communication with Tommee Tippee. I purchased a sterilizer twice, and due to the inside being plastic, it has shrunk. However, the email responses back and forth didn't do anything. I'm never purchasing Tommee Tippee baby items ever again, and I will share my thoughts and emails on social media to make everyone aware.

Bought a starter sprout bottle from a retail store and was missing a lid, tried to return it but the retailer didnt accept it so i contacted tommee tippee on fb and they replied almost right away. I was helped by a person called Kelly who is an absolute legend and offered me a replacement, no hassles, no fuss, all in the span of about 10minutes. Thank you

I placed an order a few weeks back, one item that I so desperately wanted so I can start the food journey with my baby ended up being out of stock after placing my order. They quickly refunded the item. I then received a personalised email yesterday advising me that the item was back in stock and as a gesture of goodwill, they will send it through to me. This was absolutely amazing. Debbie was the one handling it all and was so easy to deal with. Outstanding service and attention to detail. She made this so simple.

I received fantastic customer service from the staff at Tommee Tippee. They responded in a timely manner. They were very helpful and were able to issue me with replacement parts after my dog chewed the travel cap for my perfect prep machine. I would definitely recommend their products as they have been really reliable and the company has great customer service.
