The bottom part of the bin has a warp to it which makes it impossible to attach the top compartment of the bin everytime you take the nappies out and makes the top lid section pop off continuously. Very disappointed with this product, as I was expecting more from the positive reviews, I also didn't get a copy of my receipt when I purchased it so I can't get a refund
Bin has good potential however STINKS real bad and cannot get rid of the poo smell. The liners should be fragranced to help try cover of the stench. I have started using scented nappy bags instead of the “guaranteed odour protection” liners. Wouldn’t buy again.
Do not buy. Convenience to have all your nappies in one spot - YES easy to clean - YES Can you smell the nappies - HELL YES! If you are like me and bought or thinking of buying this as it is going to reduce the smell for you household or bin - you will be sadly mistaken, just like me.! It does NOT hold 30+ nappies, I am lucky to get 20 nappies in there, you have to twist at least 3 times (waisting the plastic) to seal off for the next nappy, and NO it is NOT ODOUR FREE! I run a family day care and use this every day, the smell is throughout the house, when I empty the bin, I HAVE to spray with Glen 20 just to get rid of the smells. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone; it works out better using the old nappy bags and putting them into the garbage bin, less smell. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL. Edited to add : after speaking with TT direct in relation to this review, did any other parent know this “ The information on the website is based on using size 1 nappies (2-5kg) anything larger than this will alter the effectiveness of the smell-proof design.” This was supplied from TT in response to my discussions. Did any other parent find anything in the website to say this?
Convenient and hygienic nappy disposal to save lots of trips to the big bin outside however it doesn’t hold many nappies, and the new eco bags are TERRIBLE. Almost every single one splits and nappies and wipes go everywhere. The customer service team are not very helpful and take a really long time to assist. There are other much cheaper and far better quality options for refills for these bins as this brand value for money is an appalling ripoff, especially since the quality has diminished immensely. Don’t buy this brand of refills. Source them anywhere else but this brand!
Loving my new nappy bin, I love that it's a greener version than what I had with my first many years ago, loving that it doesn't smell at all, I've through the first reel of bags and I'm super happy with my purchase ☺️💖
It doesn’t stop the smell at all, every time I walk into my daughter’s room all you can smell are dirty nappies. It’s very low so not easy with a bad back and the lid is very hard to open once clicked shut. It is very stressful trying to open the bin with one hand and hold a baby from rolling away with the other. Only good thing is my daughter can’t pull her nappies out of the bin anymore.

Terrible bins. They smell and not easy to use. Very disappointed in the product. I bought one for my 2 year old and 3 month olds room and they make their bedrooms stink. Would not recommend at all. I bought lots of bags/refills too so very annoying purchase.

Very convenient, especially in the middle of the night. You are surprised when you go to empty it how many nappies are in there as you don’t notice the smell thanks to multi-layer anti-bacterial film that locks away nappy odours and germs
This system is easy to use, no smell, and holds a fair amount. I’m fairly impressed with this product
Why invent a “hygenic” bin when I have to get both my hands dirty (have to twist with 1 hand and hold the bin down with the other), then have to touch my baby again? More importantly, I have to let go of my baby to use both hands to twist which is dangerous because she still tries to roll off the change table. I’m very disappointed and regret that I spent so much money on this
